تعیین سطح مناسب پروتئین جیره ‌غذایی بچه‌ ماهیان کپور‌ معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) بر اساس برخی از پارامترهای رشد، خون و بیوشیمیایی سرم در سیستم بیوفلوک

مطالعه­ی حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح مناسب پروتئین جیره غذایی بچه ماهی کپور معمولی بر پایه فناوری بیوفلوک (Biofloc technology: BFT) انجام گردید. آزمایش بر اساس 4 تیمار بیوفلوکی (BFT) و یک تیمار شاهد (CW) و هر تیمار با سه تکرار طراحی شد. تعداد 450 قطعه بچه ماهی کپور معمولی با میانگین وزن 8/0±17 گرم در 15 تانک فایبرگلاسی ذخیره­سازی شدند. ماهیان در تیمارهای بیوفلوکی با جیره­های حاوی 23، 27، 31 و 35 درصد پروتئین خام تغذیه شدند. ملاس چغندر قند به عنوان ماده کربنی جهت توسعه بیوفلوک به آنها اضافه شد. در گروه شاهد، با آب شفاف و بدون بیوفلوک، بچه ماهیان از جیره با 35% پروتئین خام تغذیه شدند. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، افزایش وزن، نرخ رشد ویژه، رشد روزانه و ضریب بازدهی پروتئین در تیمار 31%-BFT و 27%-BFT بطور معنی­داری از سایر تیمارها بالاتر بود (05/0 P<). میزان پروتئین جیره اثر معنی داری روی برخی از پارامترهای خون و بیوشیمیایی سرم (گلبولهای قرمز، گلبولهای سفید، هماتوکریت و هموگلوبین، پروتئین کل، آلبومین) در تیمارهای بیوفلوکی داشت و مقادیر آنها در تیمار 35%-BFT و 31%-BFT بطور معنی­داری بالاتر از سایر تیمارها بود (05/0P<). نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که وقتی بچه ماهی کپور معمولی در سیستم بیوفلوک پرورش می­یابد، سطح پروتئین جیره می­تواند از 35% به 27% کاهش یابد بدون اینکه اثری روی نرخ بقا، رشد، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و برخی پارامترهای خون و بیوشیمیایی سرم خون داشته باشد که نشان می­دهد بیوفلوک توسعه یافته می­تواند به تغذیه پروتئینی و سلامت فیزیولوژیکی ماهی کپور معمولی کمک کند.
