This study was conducted in order to identify the species compound and fish diversities in Klarud River seasonally using Electro shocker, cast net and gill net to do the sampling from October 2011 to September 2012. According to the results, out of the 1023 caught fish, 12 species from 5 the families of Cyprinidae, Balitoridae and Cobitidae, Poeciliidae, and Gobiidaewere were identified in which Cyprinidae had 8 species and other species had one representative in the studied areas. Cyprinidae with the frequency of 64.71% was the dominant species in all seasons and stations. In terms of distribution Alburnoides bipunctatus, Cobitis taenia, Neogobius pallasi and Capoeta capoeta, which had a natural origin in this river, had the most amounts, and in terms of frequency, they had 31.47, 17.30, 15.74, and 13.69, respectively. Among the caught fish 8 species were native and 4 species were non-native. |
