اثر جیره غذایی حاوی زهر زنبور عسل (Apis mellifera) بر شاخص‌های رشد ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

در این تحقیق تعداد 360 قطعه بچه ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (O. mykiss) با متوسط وزنی 2/0±93/10 گرم در 3 تیمار زهر (8، 12 و 16 میکرو‌گرم پودر زهر زنبور عسل) و شاهد (جیره غذایی تجاری فاقد زهر زنبور عسل) هر کدام با 3 تکرار به‌مدت 60 روز با جیره‌های آزمایشی مورد تغذیه قرار گرفتند. بررسی شاخص‌های رشد نظیر افزایش وزن بدن ، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، ضریب رشد ویژه، درصد افزایش وزن بدن و شاخص وضعیت از ماهیان در ابتدا و انتهای دوره آزمایش انجام شد. نتایج به‌دست آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که طول و وزن نهایی، ضریب رشد ویژه، درصد افزایش وزن بدن، افزایش وزن بدن، شاخص وضعیت و ضریب تبدیل غذایی نسبت به گروه کنترل با بهبود معنی داری همراه بود. همچنین نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که بهترین مقادیر به‌دست آمده در طول‌ نهایی (09/0±76/17) و وزن نهایی(005/0±05/78 ضریب رشد ویژه (05/0±30/3)، درصد افزایش وزن بدن (6/0±11/86)، افزایش وزن (8/0±12/67)، شاخص وضعیت (02/0±39/1) و ضریب تبدیل غذایی (009/0±54/0) در تیمار 16 میکرو‌گرم پودر زهر زنبور عسل بوده است. در مجموع نتایج مطالعه حاضر حاکی از آن است که استفاده از زهر زنبور عسل در سطوح مورد مطالعه، قابلیت تأثیرگذاری بالایی بر افزایش عملکرد رشد و تغذیه در ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین­کمان پرورشی دارد.
