The present studywas  conducted  to  evaluate  the  effect  of  different  levels  of dietary alphamune and protexin alone and/or in combination  on growth performance of juvenile common carp  (Cyprinus carpio). This experiment was conducted using juvenile common carps with initial average weight of 7.01±0.02 g during 60 days. The investigated were protexin (0 and 0.75 g/kg) and alphamune (0, 0.5 and 1 g/kg) based on which six experimental diets were formulated. Each experimental diet was randomly assigned to triplicate 40-L tanks with stocking density of 10 each. Fish were fed by hand three times day at 3-5% biomass during the experiment. Results showed that inclusion of dietary alphamune significantly affected growth related parameters, such as final weight, growth and specific growth rate (p<0.05) of common carp, but the aforementioned parameterswere not affected by the inclusion of ptotexin. In addition to the separate effect ofalphamune and protexin, an interaction effect was observed between these two which indicated their dependency on each other and growth parameters. In conclusion, this study revealed that adding dietary alphamune can improve growth parameter and nutrient efficiency; however, protexin did not change growth parameters. Also, supplementation of alpamune at a level of 0.5 g/kg can be suitable for feeding common carp to support fish growth and health
