In this survey digestive tract of Persian sturgeon brood stocks (Acipenser persicus) was studied for nematodes and cestodes. Sampling was done in southeast of the Caspian Sea in March and May 2010. To do this, 39 specimens of Persian sturgeon brood stocks (14 males and 25 females) were sampled. The specimens were transferred to the laboratory after biometry and coding and then were investigated. Result showed 66.66 percent of sturgeons were infested by two species of parasites including: Cuculanus sphaerocephalus and Skrjabinopsolus semiarmatus. The prevalence percentage of Cuculanus sphaerocephalu and Skrjabinopsolus semiarmatus was determined 58.97% and 28.20%, respectively. Dominant percent of these parasites was 86.1% and 13.89%, respectively. According to statistical analysis there wasn’t any significant relation between kind of parasites infestation and the sex of Persian sturgeon brood stocks (P>0.05). Also there wasn’t any significant relation between the occurrence of parasites and genders (P>0.05).
