fa بررسی عوامل موثر در ترجیح زیستگاه گاو ماهی Ponticola cyrius در رودخانه شهر بیجار (از سرشاخه‌های حوضه رودخانه سفیدرود) The determinant factors affecting habitat preference of Ponticola cyrius in the ShahrBijar River (a tributary of Sefidroud River Basin) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در اجرای طرحهای حفاظت از اکوسیستمهای آبی و بهرهبرداریهای پایدار و ترجیح زیستگاه یکی از مهمترین عوامل مدیریتی برای جمعیت ماهیان میباشد. رودخانۀ شهربیجار از جمله شاخههای فرعی منتهی به رودخانه سفیدرود در حوضۀ خزر است که از رشته کوههای البرز سرچشمه میگیرد و از جمله مکانهای پراکنش گاو ماهی Ponticola cyrius، یکی از ماهیان بومی این حوضه میباشد. برای بررسی ویژگیهای زیستگاهی این گونه، فراوانی ماهی و متغیرهای زیستی و پارامترهای محیطی با نمونه برداری از 13 ایستگاه، شامل ارتفاع، عمق، عرض، سرعت جریان، قطر متوسط سنگ و با سه تکرار از بالا دست بسمت پاییندست رودخانه شهربیجار در پاییز سال 1400 انجام شد. تعداد 259 قطعه ماهی پس از شمارش رهاسازی شدند. پارامترهای محیطی رودخانه شامل دما، اکسیژن محلول، هدایت الکتریکی، کل مواد جامد محلول، pH، عرض رودخانه، عمق، ارتفاع از سطح دریا، شیب، قطر سنگهای بستر، سرعت جریان آب، نوع پوشش گیاهی در تمامی ایستگاهها بررسی شد. محدوده زیستگاه انتخابی با توجه به میزان در دسترس بودن هر واحد زیستگاهی، از طریق نرمافزار HABSEL بدست آمد. نشان داد ترجیح رفتاری در محدوده عمقهای 52 تا 75 سانتیمتری میباشد و در عمقهای زیاد و خیلی کم کاهش پیدا میکرد. گاو ماهی محدوده سرعت آب بین 55/0 تا 70/0 متر بر ثانیه را انتخاب کرده و بیشتر بستر سنگلاخی (با قطر سنگ 26 تا 45 سانتیمتر) را برای زیستن ترجیح میدهد. بطور کلی بعضی فعالیتهای انسانی در حاشیه رودخانه شهر بیجار سبب تغییر در ویژگیهای محیطی مانند عرض، عمق، سرعت جریان و به ویژه بستر رودخانه گردیده و موجب تغییر در پراکنش و فراوانی گاوماهی شده است.   In the implementation of aquatic ecosystem protection plans and sustainable exploitation, habitat preference is one of the most important management factors for fish populations. The Shahr Bijar River is one of the tributaries leading to the Sefidrood River in the Caspian Basin, which originates from the Alborz Mountains and is one of the distribution sites of the Ponticola cyrius, one of the native fish of this basin.To investigate the habitat characteristics of this species, fish abundance, biological variables, and environmental parameters were sampled from 13 stations, including height, depth, width, flow velocity, and average rock diameter, with three replicates from upstream to downstream of the Shahr-e Bijar River in the autumn of 1400. A total of 259 fish were released after counting. The environmental parameters of the river included temperature, dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids, pH, river width, depth, height above sea level, slope, bedrock diameter, water flow velocity, and vegetation type were investigated at all stations. The selected habitat range was obtained using HABSEL software, considering the availability of each habitat unit. It showed that the behavioral preference was in the depth range of 52 to 75 cm and decreased at high and very shallow depths. The P. cyrius selected the water velocity range between 0.55 and 0.70 m/s and preferred rocky beds (with a stone diameter of 26 to 45 cm) to live.
