fa ارجحیت غذایی کپور نقره‌ای (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) با تمرکز بر امکان کنترل جوامع جلبکی به روش زیستی، سد قشلاق سنندج، استان کردستان Feeding preferences of Silver Carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) with a focus on the potential for biological control of algal communities in Qeshlaq reservoir, Sanandaj, Kurdistan تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research ورود آلاینده‌های مختلف به دریاچه‌ها باعث پرغدایی، شکوفایی و رشد بی‌رویه جوامع جلبکی و ایجاد طعم و بوی نامطلوب آب می‌شود. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر  کپور نقره‌ای (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) در کنترل جوامع جلبکی سد قشلاق و کاهش طعم و بوی آب شرب شهر سنندج، بصورت فصلی انجام شد. بدین‌منظور ترکیب پلانکتونی و رژیم غذایی ماهی کپور نقره‌ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نمونه‌برداری از آب و ماهی در دو ایستگاه سد انجام شد. سپس در آزمایشگاه ترکیب پلانکتونی محیط، زیست‌سنجی و شاخص‌های تغذیه‌ای و محتویات دستگاه گوارش <a name="_Hlk106828245">مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. </a>در بررسی جمعیت پلانکتونی محیط شاخه Bacillariophyta با 70 درصد و شاخه Arthropoda با 54 درصد دارای بیشترین تراکم فیتوپلانکتونی و زئوپلانکتونی مشاهده گردید. براساس نتایج چهار گروه سنی کپور نقره‌ای +3 تا +6 سال با میانگین وزن ماهیان 1130/4 گرم و میانگین طول کل 7/ 482 میلی‌متر بود. میانگین شاخص طول نسبی روده و شاخص وضعیت نیز به‌ترتیب 4/3 و 0/98 و شاخص تهی بودن روده صفر بود. نتایج بررسی محتویات دستگاه گوارش کپور نقره‌ای نشان داد که 54 جنس و گونه فیتوپلانکتون و 11 جنس و گونه زئوپلانکتون شناسایی شد که این میزان در محیط شامل 37 جنس و گونه فیتوپلانکتون و 16 جنس و گونه زئوپلانکتون شناسایی بود. در دستگاه گوارش شاخه‌ Bacillariophyta با 54 درصد و Chrysophyta با 43/8 درصد و از زئوپلانکتون‌ها شاخه‌های Rotifera و Ciliophora به‌ترتیب با 59 و 40 درصد دارای بیشترین تراکم زئوپلانکتونی بودند. در رژیم غذایی ماهیان هر دو ایستگاه جنس Dinobryon و Melosira و در بررسی فیتوپلانکتون هر دو ایستگاه دریاچه جنس Melosira دارای بیشترین تراکم بودند. نتایج حاصل از شاخص ایولو نشان داد که شاخه Bacillariophyta با 45% دارای بیشترین فراوانی در رژیم غذایی ماهی کپورنقره‌ای بود. همچنین جنس Melosira در دو ایستگاه با مقدار 100 درصد دارای بیشترین فراوانی در طعمه بود. به‌ترتیب جنس&lrm;‌های Fragillaria، Cyclotella و Dinobryon با 100 درصد در ایستگاه 1 و 94، 88/9 و 88/9 درصد در ایستگاه 2 دارای بیشترین فراوانی بودند. در مجموع بر اساس نتایج مشاهده شده به نظر می‌رسد ماهی فیتوفاگ می‌تواند گونه مناسبی برای کنترل جوامع جلبکی بخصوص در زمان‌های بلوم جلبکی باشد.   <div style="text-align: justify;">The introduction of various pollutants into lakes leads to eutrification, algal blooms, and the development of unpleasant taste and odor in the water. This study aimed to investigate the effect of silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) on controlling algal communities in the Qeshlagh reservoir and reducing the taste and odor of drinking water in Sanandaj. To this end, the planktonic composition of both the environment and the digestive system of silver carp was examined. Water and fish samples were collected from two dam stations, followed by laboratory analyses of plankton composition, biometric parameters, nutritional indices, reproductive status, and digestive system contents. The environmental planktonic population analysis revealed that the Bacillariophyta phylum (70%) and the Arthropoda phylum (54%) had the highest densities of algae and zooplankton, respectively. Fish from four age groups (3+ to 6+ years) had an average weight of 1130.4 g and an average total length of 482.7 mm. The average relative intestine length index and condition factor were 4.3 and 0.98, respectively, with an intestinal emptying index of zero. Examination of the digestive contents identified 54 genera and species of phytoplankton and 11 genera and species of zooplankton, compared to 37 genera and species of phytoplankton and 16 genera and species of zooplankton in the environment. Within the digestive system, Bacillariophyta (54%) and Chrysophyta (43.8%) predominated among phytoplankton, while Rotifera (59%) and Ciliophora (40%) were the most abundant zooplankton. The genera Dinobryon and Melosira were predominant in the diets of fish from both stations, with Melosira also having the highest density in environmental phytoplankton samples. The Ivlev selectivity index indicated that Bacillariophyta (45%) was the most frequently consumed phytoplankton group by silver carp. Melosira demonstrated the highest prey abundance at both stations (100%), while Fragillaria, Cyclotella, and Dinobryon showed high frequencies of 100% in station 1 and 94%, 88.9%, and 88.9%, respectively, in station 2. The sexual maturation index suggested that environmental conditions in Gheshlagh reservoir are not conducive to the growth and development of silver carp gonadal tissues, indicating likely absence of natural spawning and ovulation for this species. Overall, silver carp appears to be an effective species for controlling algal biomass in lake ecosystems.
