fa ارزیابی ساختار تنوع زیستی ماهیان در شاخه‎های سیروان رود استان کردستان بر پایه شاخص‌های اکولوژیکی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تنوع، فراوانی و ساختار جامعه ماهیان در طول یک سال و به صورت فصلی در شش ایستگاه مختلف از رودخانه سیروان انجام شده است. این پژوهش به ارزیابی تغییرات مکانی و فصلی در شاخص‌های زیستی مانند شانون، سیمپسون، مارگالف و یکنواختی می‌پردازد. استفاده از تحلیل آماری و چندمتغیره نظیر آزمون</span></span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">ANOVA </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و خوشه‌بندی، دیدی دقیق‌تر از تفاوت‌های اکولوژیکی در طول فصل‌ها و مکان‌های مختلف ارائه می‌دهد. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که ترکیب و ساختار جامعه ماهیان رودخانه سیروان به‌طور مشخصی تحت تأثیر فاکتورهای زمانی (فصول سال) و مکانی (ایستگاه‌های مختلف) قرار دارد. بالاتر بودن تنوع زیستی در فصل‌های گرم‌تر سال در ایستگاه‌هایی با شرایط فیزیکی-شیمیایی بهتر مانند ایستگاه‌های پایین دست می‌تواند نشان‌دهنده‌ی همبستگی مثبت بین عوامل محیطی مطلوب نظیر دمای بالاتر، اکسیژن محلول مناسب، جریان ملایم، و پوشش بستر مناسب با تنوع بالاتر گونه‌ای باشد. همچنین در بین گونه های ماهیان شناسایی شده 3 گونه </span></span><i><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Carrasius auratus</span></i><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span><i><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Rhinogobius similis</span></i><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span><i><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Carrasius gibelio</span></i><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> برای این منطقه غیر بومی (</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Exotic</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">) </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">محسوب</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> می شوند.</span></span><strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در </span></span></strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مجموع</span></span><strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">،</span></span></strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> الگوی مشاهده‌شده در رودخانه سیروان، منعکس‌کننده تأثیر متقابل فاکتورهای زیست‌محیطی، فعالیت‌های انسانی و ویژگی‌های اکولوژیکی ماهیان است. بنابراین، برای حفظ و احیای تنوع زیستی رودخانه‌ها، باید رویکردهای اکوسیستم‌محور در مدیریت منابع آب اتخاذ گردد</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The current study aimed to explore the diversity, abundance, and community structure of fish species over a one-year period, examining seasonal variations across six distinct stations along the Sirvan River. This research assesses spatial and seasonal fluctuations in biological indices such as Shannon, Simpson, Margalef, and evenness. Employing statistical and multivariate analyses, including ANOVA and clustering, enhances the understanding of ecological differences across various seasons and locations. The seasonal analysis of fish species abundance throughout the year indicated that their diversity and population density are significantly affected by seasonal variations.The findings revealed that the composition and structure of the fish community in the Sirvan River are considerably influenced by both temporal (seasonal) and spatial (station-based) factors. Increased biodiversity noted during warmer seasons (spring and summer) and in downstream stations with improved physicochemical conditions-such as stations 5 and 6-suggests a positive relationship between favorable environmental factors (e.g., elevated temperature, adequate dissolved oxygen levels, gentle flow, and suitable substrate coverage) and enhanced species diversity.Among the fish species identified, three-<i>Carrasius auratus</i>, <i>Rhinogobius similis</i>, and <i>Carrasius gibelio</i>-are recognized as exotic to the region. Overall, the observed trends in the Sirvan River illustrate the interaction of environmental factors, human activities, and the ecological characteristics of fish species. The results highlight that biodiversity is not merely a function of species count, but also depends on even distribution, functional composition, substrate conditions, and environmental threats.
