The pond goby (<i>Rhinogobius similis</i>), a non-native and invasive species, has been reported in multiple watersheds, including the Caspian, Urmia, and Harirod basins. In this study, the presence of this species is reported for the first time in the Tigris River basin, along with a checklist of fish species from the Qeshlaq River.
