fa اثرات تغذیه پلی فنول برگ زیتون بر روی شاخص های رشد، ایمنی و بیان نسبی ژنهای در بچه ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمانTNF-α اینترلوکین و تومور Effects of Feeding Pure Olive Leaf Polyphenols on Growth Indices, Non-Specific Immunity, Blood Parameters, and Antioxidant Activity in Rainbow Trout Fry تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف‌ از این‌ پژوهش‌ بررسی‌ اثرات‌ سطوح‌ مختلف‌ پلیفنل برگ زیتون (POL) ماهی‌ قزل‌آلای  رنگین‌کمان  ‌ Oncorhynchus mykiss  می‌ باشد. تعداد ١٢٠ قطعه‌ ماهی‌ با میانگین‌ وزنی‌ ١/٠ ± ٥/6 گرم‌ به‌ طور تصادفی‌ در چهار تیمار با سه‌ تکرار در تانک‌ های 1٠٠ لیتری ذخیره‌سازی و با چهار جیره‌ حاوی صفر، ٥/٠، 1و 2 گرم‌ (POL) به‌ازای هر کیلوگرم‌ غذا به‌مدت‌ 8 هفته‌ تغذیه‌ شدند. در پایان‌ دوره‌ فاکتورهای رشد، شاخص‌های ایمنی‌ غیراختصاصی‌ موکوس‌ و سرم ‌و بیان نسبی ژن ایمنی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت . بررسی شاخصهای ایمنی سرم، عملیات خونگیری از ساقه دمی تیمارها به صورت کاملا تصادفی انجام گردید. برای سنجش شاخصهای ایمنی موکوس، نمونهبرداری و جمعآوری موکوس از تمامی تیمارها به صورت کاملا تصادفی صورت گرفت. بررسی بیان نسبی ژنهای ایمنی  از بافتهای روده نمونهبرداری انجام شد.  نتایج‌ به‌دست‌ آمده‌ بیانگر بهبود شاخص‌های رشد در ماهیان‌ تغذیه‌ شده‌ با سه‌ سطح‌ مختلف‌ (POL) بود. در خصوص‌ ایمنی‌ غیراختصاصی‌ نتایج بیانگر افزایش ایمونوگلبولین کل سرم‌ و موکوس در گروههای تغذیه‌ شده‌ با جیره‌ حاوی 1, 2 گرم‌ بر کیلوگرم(POL) بود(٠٥/٠ P<). میزان‌ فعالیت لیزوزیم کل‌ سرم‌  و موکوس نیز تحت‌ تأثیر(POL) قرار گرفت و ماهیان‌ تغذیه‌ شده‌ با تیمار 1 و 2 گرم‌ (POL) به‌ طور معنی‌داری افزایش‌ نشان دادند ‌ (٠٥/٠.  P< ) . بیان نسبی ژن ایمنی نیز در تیمارهای منورد بررسی  متاثراز تغذیه با مکمل فوق بودند (٠٥/٠.(P< بیشترین بیان نسبی ژن اینترلوکین در تیمار 2 گرم بر کیلوگرم و تومور نکروز فاکتور در تیمار 1 گرم بر کیلوگرم  (POL) بدست آمد . مصرف 2 گرم بر کیلوگرم مکمل پلیفنل برگ زیتون میتواند اثر مطلوبی بر کیفیت رشد و پرورش بچه ماهی قزل آلا داشته باشد. <div>  <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"> </div> </div> The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of different levels of olive leaf polyphenol (POL) on salmon. The rainbow is Oncorhynchus mykiss. Number of 120 pieces of fish with an average weight of 6.5 ± 0.1 grams were randomly divided into four treatments with three replications in 100 liter storage tanks and with four diets containing zero, 0.5, 1 and 2 grams (POL) per kilogram. The food was fed for 8 weeks. At the end of the period, growth factors, non-specific immune indices of mucus and serum and the relative expression of immune genes were investigated. Investigation of serum safety indicators, blood sampling from the caudal stem of the treatments was done completely randomly. To measure mucus safety indicators, sampling and collection of mucus from all treatments was done completely randomly. Relative expression of immune genes was investigated from sampled intestinal tissues. The obtained results showed the improvement of growth indices in fish fed with three different levels (POL). In terms of non-specific immunity, the results showed an increase in total serum and mucus immunoglobulin in the groups fed with a diet containing 1, 2 g/kg (POL) (P<0.05). The amount of lysozyme activity of total serum and mucus was also affected by (POL) and fish fed with 1 and 2 grams of (POL) showed a significant increase (P<0.05). The relative expression of the immune gene was also affected by feeding with the above supplement in the mentioned treatments (P<0.05). The highest relative expression of the interleukin gene was obtained in the treatment of 2 g/kg and tumor necrosis factor in the treatment of 1 g/kg (POL).
