fa سنجش کیفی سرشاخه‌های قشلاق و گاوه‌رود در اکوسیستم سد ژاوه بر مبنای شاخص‌های زیستی با تأکید بر فون ماهیان Qualitative assessment of Gheshlagh and Gavehrud tributaries in the Javah dam ecosystem based on biological indicators with an emphasis on fish fauna تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور بررسی کیفی آب قبل از بهرهبرداری سد ژاوه استان کردستان در 5 ایستگاه بهصورت فصلی در سال 1400 صورت گرفت. نمونه‌برداری ماهی و بزرگ بی‌مهرگان کفزی به‌ترتیب با استفاده از دستگاه الکتروشوکر و نمونه بردار سوربر صورت گرفت. در مجموع 13 گونه ماهی شناسایی شده که به 3 خانواده Cyprinidae، Mastacembelidae و Nemachielidae تعلق داشتند. از مجموع 2003 عدد ماهی صید شده در کل ایستگاه‌ها، بیش از 6/96 درصد متعلق به خانواده کپور‌ماهیان بود. بیشترین فراوانی نسبی به میزان 4/32 درصد به گونه Capoeta damascina تعلق داشت. درضمن   2 گونه غیر بومی Carrasius auratus و Carrasius gibelio دارای درصد فراوانی 1/4 بودند تنوع گونه‌ای ماهیان از ایستگاه 1 (بالادست) به ایستگاه‌های 2 و 3 کاهش پیدا نمود که احتمالا تحت تأثیر فعالیت‌های انسانی نظیر انواع آلودگی‌ها بود، ولی در ایستگاه 5 از حداکثر میزان برخوردار بود که بدلیل تغییر شرایط زیستگاهی نظیر افزایش دبی و عمق آب می‌باشد. نتایج نشان داد که تنوع گونه‌ای ماهیان در فصول مختلف دارای تغییراتی بوده، به‌طوری که حداقل آن در فصل زمستان به میزان 91/0 و حداکثر آن در فصل تابستان به میزان 29/1 برآورد گردید. بزرگ بی‌مهرگان کفزی شامل 10 خانواده Chironomidae، Lumbriculidae، Simulidae، Baetidae، Hydropsychidae، Erpobdelidae، Glosiphonidae، Gamphidae، :union:idae و Potamidae بودند. طبقه بندی کیفی آب براساس  یکپارچگی اکولوژیک کار نشان داد که ایستگاه‌های 1 و 4 به‌ترتیب به میزان عددی 40 و 42 در طبقه کیفی خوب قرار داشته و ایستگاه‌های 3 و 5 به‌ترتیب به میزان عددی 9 و 34 در طبقات کیفی آب بسیار کم و متوسط قرار گرفتند. بدین ترتیب مدیریت و ساماندهی تمام منابع آلاینده‌های نقطه‌ای و غیر نقطه‌ای در شاخه‌های اصلی قشلاق و گاوه‌رود ضروری است.   The current research was conducted in 2021 in 5 stations in order to investigate the quality of water before the operation of Javeh Dam in Kurdistan Province. Sampling of fish and Macrobenthos was done using an electrofishing device and Surber sampler, respectively. A total of 13 fish species were identified, which belonged to 3 families: Cyprinidae, Mastacembelidae and Nemachielidae. Out of the total of 2003 fish caught in all the stations, more than 96.6% belonged to the Cyprinidae family. The highest relative frequency of 32.4% belonged to Capoeta damascina species. In addition, 2 exotic species, Carrasius auratus and Carrasius gibelio had an abundance percentage of 1.4. The diversity of fish species decreased from station 1 (upstream) to stations 2 and 3, which was probably influenced by human activities such as various types of pollution, but in station 5 of It had the maximum amount, which is due to the change in habitat conditions, such as the increase in flow rate and water depth. The results showed that the species diversity of fish had changes in different seasons, so that its minimum was estimated at 0.91 in winter and its maximum at 1.29 in summer. Macrobenthos included 10 families Chironomidae, Lumbriculidae, Simulidae, Baetidae, Hydropsychidae, Erpobdelidae, Glosiphonidae, Gamphidae, :union:idae and Potamidae. The classification of water quality based on the Karr ecological integrity showed that stations 1 and 4 were placed in the good quality class with a numerical value of 40 and 42, respectively, and stations 3 and 5 were placed in the very low and medium water quality classes with a numerical value of 9 and 34, respectively.
