fa بررسی رژیم غذایی گاوماهی ایران (Ponticola iranicus Vasileva, Mousavi-Sabet & Vasilev, 2015) در رودخانه‌های حوضه تالاب انزلی Studying diet of Iranian goby (Ponticola iranicus) in the rivers of Anzali Wetland basin تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research گاوماهی ایرانی بومزاد ایران بوده و در سال 2015 از رودخانه‌های استان گیلان توصیف گردید. این ماهی در بالادست و میان دست رودخانه‌ها زیست نموده و به میزان کمی در پایین‌دست و  به‌ندرت در مصب رودخانه‌ها یافت می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین طیف و ترجیح غذایی این ماهی در 4 رودخانه مهم حوضه تالاب انزلی (چافرود، خالکایی، سیاه درویشان و پسیخان) صورت گرفت و نمونه‌برداری ماهیان در فصول مختلف سال 1395 و با استفاده از الکتروشوکر صورت گرفت. نتایج بررسی بر روی 54 نمونه این ماهی با طول کل 47 تا 137 میلی‌متر نشان داد که شاخص تهی بوده معده 5/8 درصد، میانگین طول نسبی لوله گوارش 10/0±51/0 و میانگین شدت تغذیه 6/237±3/337 می‌باشد. این ماهی از 26 طعمه مربوط به 21 خانواده از کرم‌های کم‌تار (Oligochaeta)، صدف‌های دوکفه‌ای (Bivalvia)، حشرات راسته‌های قاب‌بالان (Coleoptera)، دوبالان (Diptera)، یک‌روزه‌ها (Ephemeroptera) و بال‌موداران (Trichoptera)، سخت‌پوستان (جورپایان (Isopoda) و میگوها (Palaemonidae)) و ماهیان استخوانی (کپورماهیان (Cyprinidae)، رفتگرماهیان (Cobitidae) و گاوماهیان (Gobiidae)) تغذیه نمود که خانواده‌های Chironomidae، Baetidae و Simulidae به‌ترتیب در 1/48، 8/14 و 1/11 درصد ماهیان مشاهده شدند. همچنین این طعمه‌ها به‌ترتیب حدود 3/74، 6/7 و 2/3 درصد تعداد طعمه‌ها را تشکیل دادند. در مجموع، این ماهی متنوع خوار عمدتا کف‌زی‌خوار بوده و افراد مسن برای تکمیل غذای خود از نکتون ها نظیر میگوها و ماهیان نیز تغذیه می‌نماید.   Iranian goby is an endemic fish that was described in 2015 from rivers of the Guilan province. This fish exists upstream and mid-stream of rivers and it is observed lowly in downstream and rarely in estuaries of rivers. This study has been done in 4 important rivers of Anzali Wetland (Chafrud, Khalkaee, Siahdarvishan and Pasikhan) and the main purposes were determination of diet spectrum and food preference of the fish and samples was caught using electro-shocker from spring 2016 until winter 2017. Results on 54 individuals with a total length 47-137mm showed that coefficient of vacuity, averages of relative gut length and feeding intensity, 8.5%, 0.51±0.10 and 337.3±237.6, respectively. The studied fish fed on 26 food items belong to 21 animal families of worms (Oligochaeta), Bivalvia, insects consist of orders Coleoptera, Diptera, Ephemeroptera, Trichoptera, Crustacean (Isopoda and Palaemonidae) and bony fishes (Cyprinidae, Cobitidae and Gobiidae). Chironomidae, Baetidae and Simulidae were observed in 48.1, 14.8 and 11.1% of studied stomachs and they comprised about 74.3, 7.6 and 3.2% of total counted preys and were abundant.
