fa مدل‌سازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه گونه بوتک فارس، Cyprinion tenuiradius Heckel, 1849 و تعیین تأثیر اقلیم بر پراکنش آن در استان فارس تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این مطالعه جهت تعیین مطلوبیت زیستگاهی گونه ماهی بوتک فارس </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(</span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Cyprinion tenuiradius</span></span></span></em><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در استان فارس و بررسی اثر تغییر اقلیم بر پراکنش آن، از متغیرهای محیطی و اقلیمی به‌عنوان متغیرهای مستقل استفاده شد. مدل‌سازی در محیط نرم‌افزاری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">R</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با استفاده از الگوریتم مکسنت انجام گردید. بر اساس نتایج عملکرد و دقت مدل&shy;سازی خوب بوده است </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">790/0= </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">AUC</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">). </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">همچنین متغیرهای میانگین دمای سالانه، بارش سالانه و ارتفاع به ترتیب به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین متغیرهای تعیین‌کننده‌ی مطلوبیت زیستگاه و پراکنش این گونه می&shy;باشند. با توجه به پیش‌بینی پراکنش این گونه در سناریوهای خوشبینانه و بدبینانه تغییر اقلیم در سال&shy;های 2050 و 2080، انتظار می&shy;رود که در سناریوی خوشبینانه سال&shy;های 2050 و 2080دامنه پراکنش آن‌ها اندکی کاهش ولی در سناریوی بدبینانه سال 2050 دامنه پراکنش اندکی افزایش درحالی‌که در سناریوی بدبینانه سال 2080 بر زیستگاه&shy;های مطلوب این گونه به میزان قابل‌توجهی افزوده خواهد شد. پیشنهاد می‌شود که از نتایج به دست‌آمده با اهداف مدیریتی و حفاظتی استفاده شود. </span></span> In this study, environmental and climatic variables were used as independent variables to determine the habitat suitability of <em>Cyprinion tenuiradius</em> in Fars Province and to investigate the impact of climate change on its distribution. Modelling was conducted in an R software environment using the MaxEnt algorithm. Based on the results, the performance and accuracy of modelling were good (AUC = 0. 790). Also, the mean annual temperature and annual precipitation were the most important variables in determining the habitat suitability and distribution of this species, respectively. According to the species prediction under optimistic and pessimistic scenarios of climate change in 2050 and 2080, it is expected that the distribution range of this species will decrease slightly under the optimistic scenario of 2050 and 2080. However, the distribution range under the pessimistic scenario of 2050 will be increased slightly while in the pessimistic scenario of 2080, its suitable habitats will be significantly increased.
