fa بررسی وضعیت آرایه شناسی جمعیت گاوماهیان (Teleost: Gobiidae) در شش رودخانه حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر براساس ژن سیتوکروم اکسیداز COI تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research به دلیل شباهت ریختی بالا بین جمعیت و گونه&shy; ها&shy;ی جنس <em><span dir="LTR">Ponticola</span></em> در سواحل جنوبی دریای خزر، شناسایی&nbsp; آن ها از لحاظ ریخت &shy;شناسی براساس کلید&shy;های شناسایی دشوار است. امروزه نشانگر&shy;های مولکولی به&shy; عنوان روش &shy;های مکمل در شناخت بهتر وضعیت آرایه &shy;&shy;شناختی ماهیان مورد استفاده قرار می&shy; گیرد. در تحقیق حاضر بررسی وضعیت آرایه&shy; شناسی گاوماهیان در شش رودخانه (سیاهرود، زرین&shy;گل، بابلرود، تجن، سفیدرود (دو جمعیت بیجار و کیسوم)، کلسیان)&shy; در حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر براساس روش شناسه&shy; گذاری (بارکدینگ) <span dir="LTR">DNA</span> با استفاده از ژن <span dir="LTR">COI</span> میتوکندریایی با ترسیم درخت شجره&shy; شناسی با روش&shy; های <span dir="LTR">Bayesian</span> و <span dir="LTR">Maximum Likelihood</span>، بررسی شبکه هاپلوتایپی و ارتباط فاصله جغرافیایی و تمایز ژنتیکی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین فاصله ژنتیکی <span dir="LTR">K2P</span> بین جمعیت&shy; ها&shy;ی مورد مطالعه 1/68-0/69 است که براساس معیارهای ژنتیکی برای تفکیک گونه &shy;ای اندک می &shy;باشد. همچنین دارنگاره ترسیم شده و شبکه هاپلوتایپی تمامی جمعیت&shy; های مورد بررسی را هاپلوتایپ&shy; های گونه <em><span dir="LTR">P.&nbsp;gorlap</span></em> نشان دادند.<br> <br> &nbsp; Morphological similarities of the populations and species of the genus <em>Ponticola</em> in the southern Caspian Sea make their identification difficult based on the provided keys. Molecular markers are used as a supplementary tools to better understanding of the fishes&rsquo; taxonomic statues. This study was conducted to understand taxonomic statues of gobiids from 6 rivers (Siah, Zaringol, Babol, Tajan, Sefid vis. Bijar and Kisum populations, and Kelsian) in Southern Caspian Sea basin based on DNA barcoding using mitochondrial COI gene by reconstructing phylogenetic tree based on ML and BI methods and drawing haplotype network and assessment of the geographic and genetic distances. The results show a mean genetic distance (K2P) of 0.69-1.68 between the studied populations that is too low for considering them as distinct species based on the genetic criteria.
