fa زیست شناسی تولید مثل ماهی کلمهcaspicus) (Rutilus rutilus در آب های گمیشان و جزایر آشوراده (جنوب شرق دریای خزر) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: ">این تحقیق با هدف بررسی خصوصیات زیستی تولید مثل ماهی کلمه</span><i><span dir="LTR" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-size: 11pt;">caspicus) </span></i><i><span style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: Nazanin;"><span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</span></span></i><i><span dir="LTR" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-size: 11pt;">Rutilus rutilus</span></i><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: ">) دریای خزر انجام شد. صید بصورت ماهیانه از دی ماه 1394 تا شهریور ماه 1395 در صیدگاه های استان گلستان صورت گرفت. بطور کلی 200 قطعه ماهی کلمه برای بررسی تولید مثلی از منطقه مورد مطالعه صید شد. در این تحقیق فراوانی طول کل ماهیان 5/1</span><span lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt;">&plusmn;</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: ">6/16 میلیمتر و فراوانی وزنی آن ها 6/33</span><span lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt;">&plusmn;</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: ">7/89</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt;"> </span><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: ">گرم به دست آمد. بیشترین میانگین <span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</span>قطر تخمک ماهی کلمه مربوط به سن 4 سال با 1/0</span><span lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt;">&plusmn;</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: ">17/1 میلیمتر و کمترین قطر تخمک <span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</span>مربوط به سن 2 سال<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span>با 15/0</span><span lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt;">&plusmn;</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: ">91/ 0 میلیمتر بود. شاخص رسیدگی جنسی </span><span dir="LTR" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt;">GSI</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: "> برای جنس ماده ماهی کلمه از حداقل 5/0 تا حداکثر 19/0 متغیر بوده وتنزل یا شکست منحنی ازآخر اسفند شروع و در طول فروردین ماه کاهش یافت. زمان تخمریزی از اواخر اسفند ماه آغاز و تا اواسط بهار ادامه داشته است. همچنین میانگین هماوری مطلق ماهی کلمه معادل 7/11914 عدد تخم بوده است. میانگین طول بلوغ<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span>50 درصد<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span>جمعیت ماهی کلمه ماده، معادل 138 میلیمتر بوده و میانگین طول بلوغ<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span>50 درصد <span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</span>جمعیت ماهی کلمه نر معادل 125 میلیمتر بود. <span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</span>بررسی رابطه طول و وزن با هم آوری مطلق نشانگر وجود روابط خطی بین طول چنگالی و وزن کل با هماوری می باشد که نتایج آزمون هماوری با فاکتورهای طول و وزن از طریق تست پیرسون نشان داد که این روابط معنی دار هستند (05/0</span><span dir="LTR" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt;">P<</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 150%; font-family: ">).</span></p> <p style="background: white; margin: 0px; text-align: left; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;">This research was carried out to investigate the biological reproduction of Roach (Rutilus rutilus caspicus) retrieval in the Caspian Sea. Each month the samples were selected from Golestan province from October 2015 to September 2016. In total, 384 Roach were caught to study reproductive production in the study area. In the reproductive stage, 145 specimens have been sexually transmitted. In this research, the maximum fork length and weight of the fish were measured at 27.5 cm and 237 g. The minimum fork length and weight for the Roach were 11.5cm and 28 g. The maximum mean Ovum diameter was at the age of 4 years with a diameter of 1.501 &plusmn; 0.1 mm and the minimum Ovum diameter was 2 years old at 0.76 &plusmn; 0.15 mm. The GSI sexual health index from the minimum was 0.05 and the maximum point was 0.10 for the female fish, also from the beginning of March and during the month of April we could still see the curve decrease. However, the spawning time began in March and continued until mid-spring. Also, the mean absolute fecundity of the fish was 19469/2 egg. The average maturity of 50% of the female Roach population was 138 mm and the mean age of maturities was 50% The male Roach population was 125 mm. By examining the relationship between length and weight with absolute fecundity, there was a linear relationship between fork length and total weight with absolute fecundity.
