fa بررسی عملکرد رشد و بازماندگی بچه ماهی سفید (Rutilus frisii kutum) تغذیه شده با جیره های حاوی مقادیر مختلف پروتئین و روی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>تامین غذای کارآمد از مهمترین عوامل موفقیت در معرفی ماهی سفید </strong><strong>&nbsp;(</strong><strong><em><span dir="LTR">Rutilus frisii kutum</span></em></strong><strong>) به سیستم آبزی پروری است. بدین لحاظ جهت بررسی تاثیر مقدار پروتیئن و روی جیره بر رشد و بازماندگی این گونه، تعداد&nbsp; 360 قطعه بچه ماهی سفید با میانگین وزن اولیه 05/0</strong><strong>&plusmn;</strong><strong>56/0 گرم در&nbsp; 12 آکواریم با حجم آب 60 لیتر ذخیره سازی شدند. بچه ماهیان به مدت&nbsp; 83&nbsp; روز با 4 جیره آزمایشی حاوی سطوح مختلف پروتئین( 36 و 44 درصد) و روی ( 50 و 200 میلی گرم بر کیلو گرم غذا) تغذیه گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص های رشد و بازماندگی بچه ماهیان سفید به طور معنی داری تحت تأثیر مقادیر مختلف پروتئین و روی در جیره قراگرفت. بچه ماهیان تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی 44 درصد پروتئین و 005/0 درصد روی بالاترین افزایش وزن(06/0</strong><strong>&plusmn;</strong><strong>79/0&nbsp; )، درصد افزایش وزن (7/8</strong><strong>&plusmn;</strong><strong>88/154 ) و نرخ رشد ویژه (04/0</strong><strong>&plusmn;</strong><strong>13/1) را&nbsp; بروز دادند، ولی بیشترین میزان بازماندگی در تیمار غذایی حاوی 36 درصد پروتئین و 02/0 روی (00/0</strong><strong>&plusmn;</strong><strong>67/96 درصد ) مشاهده گردید. با افزایش سطح پروتئین در جیره مقدار پروتئین کل بدن افزایش پیدا کرد. درکل بچه ماهیان سفید تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی 44 درصد پروتئین و 50 میلی گرم روی در کیلو گرم&nbsp; غذا بر اساس معیار های رشد و ترکیب بدن پاسخ نسبتا بهتری را نشان دادند.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p>Efficient food supply is the most important factors which must be considered to introduction of white fish (<em>Rutilus frisii kutum</em>) in an aquaculture system</p> <p>Therefore, in order to evaluate the effect of dietary protein and zinc on the growth performance and survival of this species, 360 pieces of white fish with an average weight of 0.5 &plusmn; 0.56 g were placed in twelve tanks (60 liters) .Juvenile fish was fed with four different levels of protein diets (36 and 44%) and zinc (50 and 200 mg kg feed) for 83 days.</p> <p>The results showed that the growth and survival of Kutum significantly affected by different levels of protein and dietary zinc.</p> <p>The highest weight gain (0.79 &plusmn; 0.06), percent of &nbsp;weight gain (154.88 &plusmn; 8.7) and specific growth rate (1.13 &plusmn; 0.04) were observed in fish which &nbsp;fed &nbsp;with a diet containing 44 % protein and 0.005% zinc, But the diet containing 36% protein and 0.02 zinc &nbsp;96.67 &plusmn; 0.00 percent) was revealed the highest survival rate. High With increasing levels of protein in the diet, whole-body protein contents are promoted.
