fa مقایسه ریخت‌سنجی هندسی سیاه‌ماهی خال‌دار (Capoeta trutta) در حوضه بوشهر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3.05pt;">تعداد ۷۸ قطعه سیاه‌ماهی خال‌دار (<em><span dir="LTR">Capoeta trutta</span></em>) از چهار رودخانه حوضه بوشهر با استفاده از تور پره به منظور مطالعه تفاوت‌های ریختی صید شد. نمونه&shy;ها بعد از جمع‌آوری و بی‌هوشی با محلول ۱٪ گل‌میخک، در فرمالین 10% تثبیت شدند و برای اندازه&shy;گیری&shy;ها به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. &nbsp;&nbsp;برای آنالیزهای آماری از آزمون&shy;های تحلیل همبستگی کانونی (<span dir="LTR">CVA</span>)، تجزیه به مؤلفه&shy;های اصلی (<span dir="LTR">PCA</span>)، تحلیل خوشه&shy;ای (<span dir="LTR">CA</span>)، تحلیل تابع تشخیصی (<span dir="LTR">DFA</span>)، استفاده شد. آزمون&shy;های <span dir="LTR">PCA</span>، <span dir="LTR">CVA</span> و <span dir="LTR">CA</span> نشان دادند که بین جمعیت&shy;های خیرآباد و فهلیان از حوضه بوشهر و کنجان&shy;چم، دویرج، سیروان، زیمکان، کارون، کرخه و دیره از حوضه دجله در روش ریخت&shy;سنجی هندسی تفاوت معنی&shy;داری (05/0><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>) وجود دارد. این نتایج نشان می&shy;دهند که روش&shy;های ریخت&shy;سنجی قادر به تفکیک جمعیت&shy;های مختلف از یکدیگر هستند، اگرچه برای جزئیات بیشتر نیازمند مطالعات مولکولی می&shy;باشد.</p> <p><span new="" roman="" style="font-family: " times=""><font color="#000000">Some 78 specimencs of trout barb (<i>Capoeta trutta</i>) from four rivers of Bushehr Basin were caught by seine net to compare their morphology using geometric morphometrics. The specimens after anestethizing in 1% clove oil, were fixed in bufferd 10% formalin and transferred to the Isfahan University of Technology Ichthyology Museum for further studies. Geometric morphometric method were applied to accomplish the biometric studies. For statistical analysis, Canonical Variable Analysis (CVA), Principle Component Analysis (PCA), Cluster Analysis (CA) and Discriminant Function Analysis (DFA) were employed. The PCA, CVA and CA showed differences between KheirAbad and Fahlian populations from Bushehr Basin in geometric morphometrics. This result showed that geometric morphometric methods could separate many populations of Bushehr Basin from each other.
