fa بررسی فراوانی و تنوع زیستی ماهیان حوضه رودخانه سیروان کردستان عمومى General پژوهشي Research در این مطالعه تنوع گونه‌ای ماهیان حوضه سیروان در دو فصل بهار و تابستان ۱۳۹۰ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 12 ایستگاه بر اساس میزان شباهت، محل تلاقی سرشاخه و میزان دخالت بشر انتخاب شد. از 1454 قطعه ماهی نمونه برداری شده در مجموع 17 گونه ماهی شناسایی شد که متعلق به چهار خانواده کپورماهیان، آزادماهیان، لوچ‌ماهیان و گاوماهیان بودند. فراوانی گونه‌ها بین فصول مختلف دارای تفاوت معنی‌داری نبود <span dir="LTR">(P>0.05)</span>، ولی تنوع گونه‌ها بین فصول، تنوع و فراوانی گونه‌ها در ایستگاه‌های مختلف در هر فصل، دارای تفاوت معنی‌داری <s>ب</s>ود <span dir="LTR">(P<0.05)</span>. خانواده کپورماهیان 98% از فراوانی کل نمونه‌ها و خانواده آزادماهیان کم‌ترین فراوانی (0۷/0٪) را به خود اختصاص داده بود<s>.</s> به علاوه از مجموع گونه‌های شناسایی شده 97% بومی بودند. از خانواده <em><span dir="LTR">Mastacembelidae</span></em> گونه <em><span dir="LTR">Mastacembelus</span></em><span dir="LTR"> <em>mastacembelus</em></span>در ایستگاه پالنگان مشاهده شد. بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به <em><span dir="LTR">Alburnus</span></em><span dir="LTR"> <em>mossulensis</em></span> و کم‌ترین آن مربوط به <em><span dir="LTR">Carassius</span></em><span dir="LTR"> <em>auratus</em>, <em>Luciobarbus pectoralis</em></span> و <em><span dir="LTR">Oncorhynchus mykiss</span></em> بود. شش گونه غیربومی <em><span dir="LTR">Ctenopharyngodon idella, Carassius auratus, Hemiculter leucisculus, Pseudorasbora parva</span></em>، <em><span dir="LTR">Oncorhynchus mykiss</span></em><em> و </em><em><span dir="LTR">Rhinogobius sp.</span></em> نیز صید شد. بالاترین شاخص تنوع گونه‌ای (۴۸/۲)، غنای گونه‌ای (72/1) و غالبیت گونه‌ای (79/0) در فصل تابستان مشاهده گردید. The diversity of fish in Sirvan basin was studied in spring and summer of 2011. Twelve stations were selected on the basis of similarity, the confluence of tributaries and human intervention. Some 1454 fish specimens were collected and analyzed among which a total of 17 species belonging to four families Cyprinidae, Salmonidae, Nemacheilidae and Gobiidae were identified. Species richness was not significantly different in the seasons (P> 0.05), but there were significant differences between the seasons species diversity and species diversity in different stations in any season (P <0.05). About 98% of the specimens were in the family Cyprinidae. The lowest frequencies was in Salmonidae (0.07%). About 97% of the species were native. The Mastacembelidae species, <em>Mastacembelus</em> <em>mastacembelus</em>, was observed in Palangan station. The most frequent species was <em>Alburnus</em> <em>mossulensis</em> and the less frequent ones were <em>Carassius</em> <em>auratus</em>, <em>Lucius pectoralis</em> and <em>Oncorhynchus</em> <em>mykiss</em>. In this study, six exotic species, <em>Ctenopharyngodon</em> <em>idella</em>, <em>Carassius</em> <em>auratus</em>, <em>Rhinogobius</em> <em>cf. similis</em>, <em>Hemiculter</em> <em>leucisculus</em>, <em>Pseudorasbora</em> <em>parva</em> and <em>Oncorhynchus</em> <em>mykiss </em>were captured.
