fa به کارگیری باکتری های پروبیوتیکی Bifidobacterium animalis و B. lactis در تغذیه لارو ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum, 1792 به منظور بهبود رشد و افزایش بازماندگی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>در این مطالعه تأثیر دو گونه باکتری پروبیوتیکی <em>Bifidobacterium animalis</em> و <em>B. lactis</em> با سه غلظت <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana; font-size: 13px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">T1)</span>1&times;10⁹, 2&times;10⁹&nbsp;(T2), &nbsp;3&times;10⁹&nbsp;(T3) CFU 100g^-1)&nbsp;در مقایسه با غذای شاهد (بدون پروبیوتیک) بر عملکرد رشد و زنده مانی لارو قزل آلای رنگین کمان با وزن اولیه 0/197&plusmn;0/538 گرم در مدت 60 روز مطالعه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. این مطالعه در یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تیمار آزمایشی و یک تیمار شاهد با سه تکرار برنامه ریزی و اجرا شد. در غلظت های مختلف از پروبیوتیک مصرفی تیمار T1 بیشترین میزان رشد را نسبت به سایر تیمارها نشان داد (0/05>p). همچنین اختلاف معنی داری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی و گروه شاهد از نظر پارامترهای رشد و تغذیه ای و همچنین ترکیبات لاشه لاروها مشاهده شد (0/05>p). درصد بازماندگی لاروها در تیمارهای آزمایشی نسبت به شاهد دارای افزایش معنی داری بود. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد استفاده از دو گونه <em>B. animalis</em> و <em>B. lactis</em> موجب بهبود عملکرد رشد و کاهش تلفات دوره پرورش لارو قزل آلای رنگین کمان می گردد.</p> <p>In this study the effects of two probiotic bacteria, namely <em>Bifidobacterium animalis</em> and <em>B. lactisin</em>, with the three concentrations of 1&times;10⁹ (T1), 2&times;10⁹ (T2), and 3&times;10⁹ (T3) CFU 100g^-1, on growth performance and survival of rainbow trout larvae with initial body weight of 0.538 &plusmn; 0.197g were evaluated in comparison with the control (without probiotic) during a 60-day study. This research was designed with a control and three experimental treatments with three replications. Among all the treatments, T1 showed the highest growth (p<0.05). In addition, a significant difference was observed between experimental treatments and the control with regard to growth and nutritional parameters and also body composition (p<0.05). The survival percentage of the larvae was significantly higher in experimental treatment in comparison with the control.
