fa اثرات استفاده از عصاره ریشه گیاه سنبل الطیب (Valeriana officinalis) ضمن حمل و نقل بردرصد بقا و برخی فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی خون در ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">در این تحقیق اثرات استفاده از عصاره ریشه گیاه سنبل الطیب (<em><span dir="LTR">Valeriana officinalis</span></em>) در آب، در طول مدت حمل و نقل، روی فاکتورهای کیفی آب، برخی فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی خون و درصد بقا در ماهی قزل&shy;آلای رنگین&shy;کمان <strong>(</strong><em><span dir="LTR">Oncorhynchus mykiss</span></em><strong>) </strong>مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور 24 کیسه پلاستیکی که 12 کیسه فاقد عصاره (گروه <span dir="LTR">A</span> یا شاهد) و 12 کیسه دیگر حاوی آب با 50 میلی گرم عصاره در لیتر (گروه <span dir="LTR">B</span>) بود ماهی دار شدند. مدت زمان حمل و نقل 16 ساعت در نظر گرفته شد. هر 4 ساعت 3 کیسه از هر یک از گروه های <span dir="LTR">A</span> و <span dir="LTR">B</span> به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده و مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که در کل دوره آزمایش، اختلاف معنی داری از نظر <span dir="LTR">pH</span>، اکسیژن محلول، میزان آمونیاک و دمای آب بین گروه های <span dir="LTR">A</span> و <span dir="LTR">B</span> مشاهده نشد (05/0<span dir="LTR">></span> <span dir="LTR">P</span>). سطح گلوکز و کورتیزول سرم خون در کل دوره آزمایش در گروه <span dir="LTR">B</span> به طور معنی داری کمتر از گروه <span dir="LTR">A</span> بود (05/0<span dir="LTR"><</span> <span dir="LTR">P</span>). همچنین درصد بقا در گروه <span dir="LTR">B</span> به طور معنی داری بیشتر از گروه <span dir="LTR">A</span> مشاهده شد. در مجموع نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از عصاره ریشه گیاه سنبل الطیب می تواند در کاستن استرس در ماهی قزل&shy;آلای رنگین&shy;کمان نقش مؤثری داشته باشد. بنابراین استفاده از عصاره این گیاه در آب، در خلال حمل و نقل ماهی پیشنهاد می&shy;شود.</p> <p>This study evaluated the effects of <em>Valeriana officinalis</em> root extract on on survival and biochemical factors of rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss during transportation. For this purpose, fish were distributed in 24 plastic bags, of which 12 contained the <em>V. officinalis</em> root extract (50 mg/l) (group B) and 12 had no herbal extract as control (group A). Transport lasted 16 h and every 4 h, 3 bags of each treatment were sampled. Survival, water quality parameters, plasma&nbsp; glucose and cortisol were studied. Results indicated that no significant differences in the pH, dissolved oxygen, ammonia levels and temperature were observed between treatments at all the assay periods (P > 0.05). Serum glucose and cortisol levels were significantly (P < 0.05) lower in group B over all the assay periods as compared to the control group. The survival rate (%) was significantly higher in group B compared to the control group (P < 0.05).
