fa ارزیابی شاخص های خونی در ماهی سوف سفید (Sander luciperca (Linnaeus, 1758 در زمان غذادهی با پروبیوتیک (Lactobacillus brevis MF01) و مواجهه با باکتری Aeromonas hydrophila تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اثر غذادهی با MF01 <em>Lactobacillus brevis</em> بر شاخص های خونی ماهی و بقاء سوف سفید (<em>S. luciperca</em>) در مواجهه با باکتری <em>Aeromonas hydrophila</em> انجام شد. ماهیان غذادهی شده با <em>L. brevis</em> در غلظت های (Cfu/g A110¹⁰) و (Cfu/g A210⁸) و کنترل برای 6 هفته بررسی گردیدند. در پایان دوره غذادهی، ماهی ها خونگیری شدند پس از آن ماهی ها با باکتری lcfu/m4/5&times;10^8&nbsp;،<em>A. hydrophila</em> مواجهه شده اند و نرخ بقاء ماهیان به طور روزانه در یک دوره 7 روزه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد فاکتورهای خونی در زمان غذادهی با <em>L. brevis</em> در تیمارهای A_2&nbsp;،A₁ و گروه شاهد اختلاف معنی داری نداشتند. پس از مواجهه با باکتری <em>A. hydrophila</em>، میزان لنفوسیت در تیمارهای پروبیوتیکی A_2&nbsp;،A₁ بالاتر از گروه شاهد تزریق بود و میزان نوتروفیل در گروه شاهد تزریق بالاتر بود. همچنین میزان بقاء پس از مواجهه در تیمارهای پروبیوتیک بالاتر از گروه شاهد بود.</p> <p>This study evaluated the effect of dietary administration <em>Lactobacillus brevis</em> MF01 on hematology parameters and survival in <em>S. luciperca</em> after exposure to Aeromonas hydrophila. The fed fish with dietary administration containing A1 (<em>L.brevis</em>MF01 10¹⁰ CFU/ g), A2 (<em>L. brevis</em> MF011⁸CFU/ g) and the control group (without Lactobacillus) were investigated for 45 days. At the end of the feeding period, the fish were take blood and then were challenged with 4.5&times; 10⁸CFU/ml A. hydrophila. Fish were monitored daily and rate of survival was recorded over a period of 7 days post challenge. The hematology results showed that feeding with supplemented <em>L. brevis</em> (10⁸, 10¹⁰cfug^-1) and control group had no significant difference. After being exposed to <em>A. hydrophila</em>, the lymphocytes in the probiotic treatments were higher than the control group and the neutrophils in injected control group were significantly higher than probiotic groups.
