fa بررسی تغییرات ماهیانه صید در واحد تلاش (CPUE) فانوس ماهی (Benthosema pterotum (Alcock, 1890 در آب های ایرانی دریای عمان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>این مطالعه جهت تعیین تغییرات صید در واحد تلاش (CPUE) ماهی <em>B. pterotum</em> &nbsp;از خانواده فانوس ماهیان (Myctophidea) در آب های ایرانی دریای عمان انجام شد. در این مطالعه اطلاعات مربوط به بیش از 665 مورد تورکشی در طول یک سال نمونه برداری از فروردین تا اسفند 1390 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. میزان CPUE در فصل بهار (45&plusmn;937)، تابستان (51&plusmn;1002)، پاییز (51&plusmn;828) و زمستان (43&plusmn;640)، به ازای مدت زمان تورکشی (60&plusmn;1108)، (4-3 ساعت) (31&plusmn;802) و (4 ساعت <) (40&plusmn;732)، بازای عمق تورکشی (متر 250<) (36&plusmn;791) و (متر 250>) (33&plusmn;922) و بر اساس زمان تورکشی در صبح (37&plusmn;779)، ظهر (42&plusmn;987) و عصر (48&plusmn;805) کیلوگرم در ساعت به دست آمد. آزمون نان پارامتریک کولموگروف اسمیرنوف نشان داد توزیع داده های صید در واحد تلاش نرمال است. آنالیز واریانس (ANOVA) نشان داد که میزان CPUE این ماهی در فصول سال، مدت زمان تورکشی، عمق تورکشی و زمان تورکشی اختلاف معنی دار دارد (P<0.05). رگرسیون خطی وجود ارتباط بین CPUE با عمق تورکشی و مدت زمان تورکشی را تأیید کرد. همبستگی پیرسون ارتباط معنی دار بین CPUE با عمق تورکشی <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana; font-size: 13px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">(p=0.0007)&nbsp;</span>و مدت زمان تورکشی را (p=0.009) نشان داد.</p> <p>The present study aimed to determine monthly variations catch per unit effort (CPUE) of Benthosema pterotum (Myctophidea) in Iranians waters of the Oman Sea. In this survey, more than 665 cases of hauling net were analyzed from April 2011 to march 2012. CPUE in different seasons were calculated as 937&plusmn;45, 1002&plusmn;51, 828&plusmn;51 and 640&plusmn;43 kg/h in spring, summer, autumn and winter, respectively. In terms of trawling time, CPUE was calculated as 1108&plusmn;60 in 2-3, 802&plusmn;31 in 3-4 and 732&plusmn;40 kg/h in>4 hours range. Furthermore, CPUE was calculated for different trawling depth and represented 922&plusmn;33 for <250m and 791&plusmn;36 kg/h for >250m depth layers. According to daytime in daybreak, CPUE was calculated as 779&plusmn;37, 987&plusmn;42 in the middle of the day and 805&plusmn;48 kg/h in afternoon. Nonparametric Kolmogorov-Smirnov test showed normal distribution of CPUE data. The ANOVA test showed significance different between CPUE in different seasons, trawling time, trawling depth and daytime (P<0.05). Linear regression confirmed the relationship between CPUE with trawling depth and trawling time.
