fa مقایسه کارآمدی روش های مختلف تعیین عادت غذایی ماهی قزل آلای خال قرمز Salmo trutta Linnaeus, 1758 در رودخانه دلیچای (پارک ملی لار، استان تهران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>در این مطالعه به منظور بررسی رژیم غذایی تابستانی ماهی قزل آلای خال قرمز، 101 نمونه ماهی در سال 1388 از رودخانه دلیچای واقع در پارک ملی لار، نمونه برداری شد. محتویات گوارشی ماهی ها، توسط منتخبی از روش ها، شامل آنالیزهای کمی محتویات گوارشی (تعداد، وزن و حضور طعمه)، شاخص های غنای گونه ای، شانون- وینر و یکنواختی، نمایش گرافیکی کاستلو براساس تعداد و وزن طعمه و همچنین یک نمایش گرافیکی سه بعدی جدید از روش کاستلو، بررسی شدند. براساس بررسی های صورت گرفته در پژوهش حاضر به طور کلی رژیم غذایی ماهی ها عمومی بوده و لارو دوبالان با درصد فراوانی نسبی عددی 73/71 درصد و پوره یک روزا با درصد فراوانی نسبی عددی 12/54 درصد، بیشترین اهمیت را در رژیم غذایی آن ها داشتند. در این بررسی براساس شاخص های تنوع، مشخص شد جنسیت تأثیری در رژیم غذایی و استراتژی تغذیه ماهیان قزل آلای خال قرمز نداشته، به طوری که اختلافی میان رژیم غذایی ماهیان نر بالغ و ماهیان ماده بالغ دیده نشد. در مقایسه کارآمدی سه نمایش گرافیکی از روش کاستلو، نمایش گرافیکی جدید به دلیل آن که تأثیر وزن و تعداد طعمه خورده شده را به طور هم زمان می سنجد، نسبت به دو روش دیگر نتایج بهتری ارائه داد.</p> <p>In order to investigate summer diet of Salmo trutto fario, 101 specimen were sampled from the Delichay River (Lar National Park) in 2009. The digestive system content of fishes was studied using eclectic methods including: quantitative analysis of the intestinal contents (number, weight and occurrence of preys), species diversity indices (Species Richness, Shannon-Wiener and Evenness), Costello graphic display method based on the number and weight of preys, and also the new three-dimensional representation of the Costello method. Results showed the following: First, fish feeding strategies was that of generalist and Diptera larvae (%N=73.71) and nymphs of the Ephemeroptera (%N=12.54) had the most importance in the diet of the sample. Second, based on variety indices, sexual dietary differences were not found (p>0.05).
