fa بررسی برخی از پارامترهای الکترولیتی سرم و گلبول های سفید در خون ازون برون های Acipenser stellatus Pallas, 1771 نوجوان سواحل جنوبی دریای خزر صید شده در استان مازندران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research این تحقیق با هدف بررسی گلبول های سفید خون و برخی از الکترولیتی سرم ماهی ازون برون هایی&nbsp;(<em>A. stellatus</em>) که در محیط های طبیعی در دریای خزر زیست می کنند و به روش ترال طی 5 گشت دریایی از سال 1389 تا 1390 در سواحل استان مازندران صید شده اند، انجام پذیرفت. ابتدا خون 30 قطعه ازون برون های نوجوان وحشی به کمک سرنگ 2 سی سی استحصال و از آن گسترش خونی جهت شمارش افتراقی و سرم جهت آزمون فاکتورهای الکترولیتی نظیر کلسیم، منیزیوم، کلسترول، آلبومین و توتال پروتئین جدا گردید. جهت بررسی و مقایسه آماری، ماهیان به دو گروه وزنی 10 تا 30g و 31 تا 50 g تقسیم شدند. شمارش افتراقی خون ماهیان نشان داد که لنفوسیت بیشترین و مونوسیت کم ترین درصد فراوانی را به خود اختصاص داده بودند. متوسط فاکتورهای یونی بدست آمده از کلسترول،کلسیم، منیزیوم، آلبومین و توتال پروتئین سرم خون در گروه اول به ترتیب mg/dL 5/7&plusmn;33/1 ،mg/dL1/6&plusmn;24/7 ،mEq/L1/8&plusmn;26/8،&nbsp; g/dL0/3&plusmn;1/4 و g/dL0/3&plusmn;2/1 و در گروه دوم به ترتیب mg/dL4/2&plusmn;71/14 ،mg/dL&nbsp; 0/8&plusmn;20/6 ،mEq/L 3/4&plusmn;17/4 ،g/dL 0/2&plusmn;1/6 و g/dL0/2&plusmn;2/2 بود. نتایج آماری گلبول های سفید خون از عدم اختلاف معنی دار بین دو گروه نشان داد و بین فاکتورهای یونی کلسترول، کلسیم و منیزیوم دو گروه وزنی دارای اختلاف معنی داری بود. ولی در پروتئین کل و آلبومین اختلافی معنی داری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد. در مجموع با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر می توان چنین استنباط کرد که در محیط های طبیعی با توجه به وزن ماهی، اختلاف چندانی بین شاخص های خونی اندازه گیری شده وجود ندارد. This study aimed to investigate some of serum electrolytes and white blood cells of wild stellate sturgeon (<em>A. stellatus</em>) which have been caught off the coast of Mazandaran by trawl methods during 5 maritime patrol from 2009 to 2010.&nbsp; Initially, 2 ml blood samples of 30 wild juvenile stellate sturgeon were extracted for spread of differential blood count, and serum electrolyte to test factors such as calcium, magnesium, cholesterol, albumin and total protein were separated. To conduct statistical evaluation and comparison, fishes were divided into two weight groups of 10 &ndash; 30 gr and 31 &ndash; 50 gr. Result of differential count&nbsp; showed that the most and the least abundance of leukocytes were belonged to lymphocyte and monocyte in both two groups, respectively. Serum electrolytes results showed that mean levels of cholesterol, calcium, magnesium, albumin and total protein in A. stellatus at group 1 were 28.1 &plusmn; 10.6 mg/dl; 24.7 &plusmn; 1.6 mg/dl; 26.7 &plusmn; 1.8 mEq/l; 1.4 &plusmn; 0.3 g/dl and 2.2 &plusmn; 0.3 g/dl, respectively. At group 2, these parameters levels were 71.14 &plusmn; 2.4 mg/dL, 20.6 &plusmn; 0.8 mg/dL, 17.4 &plusmn; 3.4 mEq/L, 1.6 &plusmn; 0.2 g/dl and 2.3 &plusmn; 0.2 g/dl, respectively. No significant difference was observed between the white cells counts of the two groups. There was a significant difference between cholesterol, calcium, and magnesium levels in each two groups, but results showed no significant difference in total protein and albumin between the two groups. Overall, based on the results of this study it can be concluded that in natural environments, due to the weight of fish, there is little difference between the measured blood indexes.
