fa ریخت سنجی مقایسه ای ماهی خیاطه (Cyprinidae: Alburnoides eichwaldii)، در رودخانه های گرگان رود و چالوس با استفاده از سیستم شبکه ای تراس تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong><span dir="RTL">ماهی خیاطه <em>Alburnoidse eichwaldii</em> </span><span dir="RTL">از جمله فراوانترین ماهی های رودخانه ای­ حوضه جنوب غربی دریای خزر است.</span> <span dir="RTL">هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ریخت شناسی ماهی خیاطه با استفاده از سیستم شبکه­ تراس در رودخانه های کرگان رود از استان گیلان و چالوس از استان مازندران بود.<em> در</em> این مطالعه صفات ریخت سنجی 60 قطعه ماهی خیاطه صید شده در مرداد 1389 مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفت. چهارده نقطه روی بدن ماهیان انتخاب شد و 91 فاصله بین این نقاط بر روی سمت چپ بدن آنها اندازه </span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL">گیری شد.</span> <span dir="RTL">سپس اختلافات ریختی و تمایز جنسی بین گروه های مذکور تحت آزمون تحلیل عاملی</span> <span dir="RTL">و تحلیل تابع متمایز­کننده</span> <span dir="RTL">قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که صفات ریخت سنجی برای تفکیک جنس های نر و ماده مناسب نبوده و آنالیز تحلیل تابع متمایز کننده توانست جمعیت های مورد مطالعه را تفکیک کند. به نظر می رسد تفاوت زیستگاه های مختلف از نظر شدت جریان آب، شیب رودخانه،شرایط فیزیکوشیمیایی آب و شرایط تغذیه ای دلیل تفاوت</span> <span dir="RTL">این جمعیت ها</span> <span dir="RTL">باشد.</span></strong></p> <p>Spirlin,Alburnoideseichwaldii, is an abundant riverine fish in the southern Caspian Sea basin. The aim of this study was to investigate the morphological structure of Alburnoideseichwaldii populations in Karganrud and Chalus rivers based on morphometric characters, using truss network system. Sixty specimens of Spirlin from the rivers (30 specimens were caught in August 2010 from each river) were studied and compared. Fourteen landmarks were selected and 91 distances were measured between the landmarks on the left side of each specimen. Principal Components Analysis (PCA) and Discriminate Function Analysis (DFA) were applied to identify influential truss variables to differentiate between populations and sexes. The results showed that the morphometric characters were not useful for separating the sexes Discriminate Function Analysis separated these two populations.
