fa بررسی تاثیرات خوراکی پودر آکیناسه آ و سیر بر برخی از فاکتورهای رشد در فیل ماهی (Huso huso Linneaus, 1758) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong>امروزه با توجه به روند رو به رشد جمعیت جهان و نیاز انسان ها به دست یابی منابع پروتئینی متنوع و سالم، آبزی پروری می تواند به عنوان یکی از شیوه های تأمین پروتئین مورد نیاز، نقش مهمی را ایفا کند. در این تحقیق تعداد 135 عدد فیل ماهی با متوسط وزنی 0/02&plusmn;1/15 کیلوگرم در مرکز تکثیر و پرورش و بازسازی ذخایر ماهیان خاویاری و گرم آبی شهید رجایی از تیر لغایت شهریور 1391 نگهداری شدند. ماهیان درسه گروه با نام های سیر (G)، آکیناسه آ (E) و کنترل (C) با سه تکرار توزیع شدند و به مدت 60 روز با جیره حاوی سیر و آکیناسه آ مورد تغذیه قرار گرفتند. نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که ماهیان تغذیه شده در تیمار E و G دارای بالاترین وزن نهایی و طول نهایی بودند و اختلاف معنی داری بین این دو گروه با گروه کنترل وجود داشت (P<0/05). همچنین نتایج مربوط به ضریب رشد ویژه، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و درصد افزایش وزن بدن، میانگین رشد، فاکتور وضعیت و سرعت رشد وزنی اختلاف معنی داری را در گروه سیر و آکیناسه آ نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان داد (P<0/05). نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد افزودن سیر و آکیناسه آ به جیره غذایی فیل ماهی قابلیت تأثیرگذاری بالایی بر افزایش عملکرد رشد و کارآیی تغذیه در فیل ماهی پرورشی دارد و می تواند مکمل مناسبی برای جیره غذایی فیل ماهی باشد. </strong></p> <p>Nowadays, with the growth of the world population and the need for people to achieve healthy variety of protein sources, aquaculture plays an important role in providing the required protein. In this research, 135 beluga with an average weight of 1.15&plusmn;20.82 kg obtained from culturing and reproduction sturgeon center of Shahid Rajai and maintained from July to September 2012. The fishes were distributed in Echinacea (E), Garlic (G), and control(C) group with three replicates. The fish were fed a diet containing garlic and Echinacea for 60 days. The results of this study indicated that the fish in treatments E and G had the highest final length and weight with significant differences in comparison with the control group (P&le;0.05).
