fa رابطه طولی- وزنی و ضریب چاقی ماهی سفید رودخانه ای (Squalius cephalus Linnaeus, 1758) در دریاچه سد شهدای سنقر استان کرمانشاه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong>به منظور بررسی رابطه طولی- وزنی و تعیین ضریب چاقی ماهی <em>S. cephalus</em> ، تعداد 113 قطعه ماهی از تیرماه تا آذرماه 1390 به طور ماهانه با استفاده از تور گوشگیر با چشمه 2 تا 5 سانتی متر از دریاچه سد شهدای سنقر استان کرمانشاه صید گردید. دامنه سنی ماهیان صید شده 2 تا 6 سال تعیین شد. نسبت جنسی نر به ماده در این تحقیق 0/24 : 1 تعیین شد. دامنه طول کل در نرها و ماده ها به ترتیب 281-167 و 254-211 میلی متر و دامنه وزن بدن در ماهیان نر و ماده به ترتیب 317- 62 و 240- 115 گرم اندازه گیری شد. میانگین ضریب چاقی ماهیان نر (0/18&plusmn;1/65) بیشتر از ماهیان ماده (0/13&plusmn;1/63) محاسبه شد که تفاوت معنی داری بین دو جنس مشاهده نگردید. رابطه طولی&ndash; وزنی برای ماده ها، نرها و در کل جمعیت به ترتیب W=7e-06L^3/124، W=4e-05L^2/82 و W=9e-06L^3/08بدست آمد. با توجه به مقدار شاخص b در ماهیان نر (12/3) و ماهیان ماده (2/82)، الگوی رشد این ماهی برای جنس نر و ماده به ترتیب ایزومتریک و آلومتریک منفی گزارش می شود. بیشتر بودن حداکثرطول بدن ماهیان <em>S. cephalus</em> سد شهدای سنقر، نسبت به ماهیان همسن خود در سایر منابع آبی، می تواند بیانگر شرایط محیطی مناسب و فراوانی غذا در این دریاچه باشد.</strong></p> <p>This study was conducted to investigate length-weight relationship and determine condition factor of Squalis cephalus in Shohadaye Songhor Dam reservoir in Kermanshah province. To this end, 113 specimens were caught by gill net with the mesh of 2 to 5 centimeter between July 2011 and December 2011, on a monthly basis. The age range of 2 to 6 were observed in this population and the sex ratio (M: F) was determined 1:0.24. The total length of male and female specimens ranged between 167-281 and 211-254 mm, and the total weight of males and females were ranged from 62-317 to 115-240 gr, respectively. The mean condition factor of males (1.65&plusmn;0.18) was higher than that of females (1.63&plusmn;0.13), but the differences between sexes were not statistically significant. The calculated length-weight relationship for this species could be explained by the following equation for male, female and population: W=7e-06L3.112, W=4e-05L2.83 and W=9e-06L3.08, respectively. According to b index amounts in females (b=2.82) and males (b=3.12), the growth pattern for this fish is reported negative isometric and allometric growth for males and females, respectively. As a result, it was observed that fish in Shohadaye Songhor Dam Lack attained higher length compared to the fish of the same age range in other water resources.
