fa تأثیر جیره غذایی حاوی کانتازانتین استخراج شده از باکتری Dietzia natronolimnaea-HS1 در بهبود شاخص های رشد و ایمنی ماهی گرین ترور Andinoacara rivulatus (Günther, 1860) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>اثر کانتاگزانتین بر شاخص های رشد و ایمنی غیر اختصاصی ماهی گرین ترور <em>A. rivulatus</em> طی یک دوره تغذیه ای 8 هفته ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سه جیره غذایی حاوی غذای مصرفی (1)، غذای حاوی روغن ماهی (2) و غذای حاوی روغن ماهی به همراه کانتازانتین استخراج شده از باکتری <em>D. natronolimnaea</em> (3) مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. تعداد 60 قطعه بچه ماهی گرین ترور با میانگین وزنی 0/021&plusmn;0/388 گرم در هر مخزن 120 لیتری در هر واحد آزمایشی وارد شده که این تعداد، روزانه دو بار تا حد سیری مورد تغذیه قرار گرفتند. در انتهای دوره پرورشی از هر تیمار چهار قطعه بچه ماهی صید و فاکتورهای ایمنی سرم ماهی (لیزوزیم، فعالیت کمپلمان و ایمونوگلوبولین کل) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. وزن نهایی (2/78)، ضریب رشد ویژه (3/33) و ضریب تبدیل غذایی (1/28) در گروه (3) بطور معنی داری نسبت به گروه های دیگر بهبود یافت (0/05 >p). میزان شاخص های ایمنی سرم (لیزوزیم (3/35)، فعالیت کمپلمان (1/8) و ایمونوگلوبولین (3/87)) نشان داد که گروه (3) نسبت به سایر گروه ها دارای سطح بالاتری بود. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که کانتاگزانتین استخراج شده از باکتری <em>D. natronolimnaea</em> تأثیر مثبتی بر شاخص های رشد و سیستم ایمنی غیر اختصاصی در ماهی گرین ترور دارد و این کارتنوئید را می توان در پرورش این گونه ماهی زینتی، به عنوان مکمل غذایی به کار برد.</p> <p>Use of Canthaxanthin on growth and non-specific immune indices of Green Terror Aequidens rivulatus fish feeding over a period of 8 weeks were evaluated. Sixty fishes with the average weight of 0.388&plusmn;0.0021gr were put into nine oval-shaped ponds of 120 liters capacity and fed twice a day in a completely randomized system. This study include three treatments: 1) control treatment, 2) the feed including fish oil, and 3) feed including fish oil complemented with Canthaxanthin extracted from <em>D. natronolimnaea</em> bacteria. At the end of the study period, four pieces of fish from each treatment were caught and their fish immune serum factors of total immunoglobulin, lysozyme activity, and alternative complement activity were investigated.&nbsp; The final weight (2.78 gr), SGR (3.33%/day) and FCR (1.28) had an improved condition in treatment number 3 compared with the other ones (p<0.05). Also, in treatment 3, the total immunoglobulin (3.35&plusmn;0.07 mg/ml), lysozyme activity (3.87 &plusmn;0.09 mg/ml) and alternative complement activity (1.8 &plusmn; 0.09 U/ml) in the serum of DN fed fish showed significant higher levels compared to other treatments (p<0.05).
