fa بررسی رژیم غذایی ماهی شاه کولی Alburnus mossulensis Heckel, 1843 در رودخانه آبگرمه صالح آباد، استان ایلام تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>این تحقیق با هدف تعیین عادات غذایی و رژیم تغذیه ای ماهی <em>A. mossulensis</em> در رودخانه آبگرمه صالح آباد استان ایلام در فصول مختلف 87-1386 انجام شده است. تعداد 55 نمونه ماهی <em>A. mossulensis</em> با استفاده از تور سالیک (قطر دهانه 3 متر با چشمه تور 20 میلی متر) و ساچوک (چشمه تور 2 میلی متر) از چهار ایستگاه انجام شد. دامنه طول ماهیان 14/50-4/70 سانتی متر بود. در این تحقیق به ترتیب راسته سنجاقک ها (۱۳۸)، راسته دوبالان (165)، راسته سن ها (91)، راسته ناجورپایان (75)، راسته بال موداران (35)، راسته یکروزه ها (95)، راسته سوسک ها (62)، رده کم تاران (89)، راسته بهاره ها (34) و رده زالوها (50) در دستگاه گوارش ماهی <em>A. mossulensis</em> در رودخانه آبگرمه مشاهده شدند. بیش ترین فراوانی مواد غذایی در دستگاه گوارش این ماهی مربوط به راسته دوبالان (19/78 درصد) و کمترین فراوانی مربوط به راسته بهاره ها (4/07 درصد) به دست آمد. با توجه به درصد فراوانی گروه های غذایی در محیط و دستگاه گوارش ماهی مشاهده گردید که این ماهی جهت تغذیه تمایل بیشتری به گروه سوسک ها (0/029) و بال موداران (0/023) دارد و کمترین تمایل را درمورد ناجورپایان (0/053-) دارد. میانگین شاخص نسبی طول روده (0/81&plusmn;1/095 گرم) و شاخص شدت تغذیه (76/97&plusmn;946/68) در ماهی <em>A. mossulensis</em> در فصل بهار نسبت به سایر فصول بالاتر بود. همچنین میانگین شاخص فاکتور وضعیت در فصل زمستان (24/99&plusmn;795/06) بالاتر به دست آمد. پس از بررسی دستگاه گوارش مشخص شد که از 55 نمونه مورد مطالعه که تمام ماهیان دارای معده پر بودند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده ماهی <em>A. mossulensis</em> رودخانه آبگرمه استان ایلام گونه ای پرخور و همه چیزخوار است که جهت تغذیه تمایل بیشتری به گروه سوسک ها و بال موداران دارد و کمترین تمایل تغذیه ای درمورد ناجورپایان می باشد و همچنین شدت تغذیه ای بالایی دارد.</p> <div align="left">This study aimed to determine the feeding habits and diet of Alburnusmossulensis in the Abgarmeh River in Saleh Abad, Ilam Province, in different seasons of 1386-1387.Sampleincludes fifty five <em>A. mossulensis</em> which were caught using Cast net (mouth diameter: 3mm; mesh size: 20mm) and Scoop net (mesh size: 2mm) from 4 stations. The length range of fishes in the sample was 4.70-14.50 cm. In this study obtained the digestive of A.mossulensis were Odonata (138), Diptera (165), Hemiptera (91), Amphipoda (75), Trichoptera (35), Ephemeroptera (95), Coleoptera (62), Oligochaeta (89), Plecoptera (34) and Hirudinea (50) respectively. The highest and lowest abundance of food in the digestive tract were of the Diptera (19.78%) and the Plecoptera (4.07%), respectively. According to the frequency of food groups in the river and the results of digestive tract of fish, it was determined that this fish has tendency to Coleoptera (0.029) and Trichoptera (0.023) and the lowest desire to Amphipoda (-0.053). Average relative length of the intestine (1.095&plusmn;0.81g) and fullness index of <em>A.mossulensis</em> (946.68&plusmn;76.97) were higher in spring than those observed in other seasons. Also, the mean condition factor index was higher in winter (795.06&plusmn;24.99) than that of other seasons. After investigating the gastrointestinal tract it was found that of the 55 cases studied the that all the fish were full stomach. According to the results, A. mossulensis in the Abgarmeh River from Ilam province is a gobbler and omnivorous species who has greatest tendency to Coleoptera and Trichopteraand as its food and the least desire to Amphipoda.
