fa تهیه بارکد ژنتیکی گونه Chondrostoma regium (Hechel, 1843) در رودخانه های کارون و سیروان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>در این مطالعه تعداد 13 نمونه ماهی <em>C. regium</em> از رودخانه های سیروان، ارمند، ماربر، شلمزار و کوهرنگ در منطقه زاگرس نسبت به سایر گونه های جنس <em>Chondrostoma</em> و دیگر گونه های زیر خانواده Leuciscinae مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در مجموع 9 هاپلوتایپ به طول 652 نوکلئوتید از نمونه های مورد مطالعه به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که جمعیت <em>C. regium</em> مربوط به حوزه کارون هم تبار (مونوفایتیک) بوده و در مقایسه با افراد هم گونه خود در رودخانه لیله در کرمانشاه تفاوت دارند و بیشترین فاصله ژنتیکی در بین هاپلوتایپ های مربوط به رودخانه‌های لیله- ارمند و سیروان- ماربر 0/8 درصد است. زمان جدایی یا انشقاق گونه های <em>C. kinzelbachi</em> ،<em>C. nasus</em> با <em>C. regium</em> در حدود 2 تا 3 میلیون سال و گونه <em>C.</em> <em>lemmingii</em> با <em>C. regium</em> در حدود 16 میلیون سال محاسبه شد.</p> <p>In this study 13 <em>Chondrostoma regium</em> specimens from the Leileh, Armand, Marbor, Shalamzar, and Koohrang Rivers in Zagros region were compared to other species of <em>Chondrostoma</em> and some species of the Leuciscinae subfamily. A total of nine 652 bp haplotypes were recovered. Results showed that <em>C. regium</em> in Karoon basin is a monophyletic group which is different from its counterpart in the Leileh River in Kermanshah Province.
