fa تنوع جمعیت و دو ریختی جنسی ماهی شاه کولی (Alburnus chalcoides, Gueldenstaedt, 1772) در سواحل جنوبی دریای خزر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research &nbsp;هدف این مطالعه شناسایی صفات ریخت سنجی و صفات شمارشی و تنوع آنها بین جنس نر و ماده&nbsp; ماهی شاه کولی (<em><span dir="LTR">Alburnus chalcoides</span></em>) در سواحل جنوبی دریای خزر بود. به همین منظور تعداد 160 عدد ماهی در 8 رودخانه منتهی به دریای خزر در سواحل گیلان (تالاب انزلی، حوضه رودخانه&shy;ها&shy;ی سفید رود، لله رود) و مازندران (چالکرود، چشمه کیله، میانرود و رودخانه فریدونکنار) بصورت تصادفی در سال 1398 صید شد. تمامی صفات نسبی ریخت شناسی و شمارشی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی آزمون تی بین صفات نسبی در دو جنس نر و ماده نشان داد که در پنج صفت ریخت&shy;سنجی و یک صفت شمارشی اختلاف معنی<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>دار بود. بررسی صفات نسبی ریخت&shy;سنجی و شمارشی در بین ایستگاه ها نشان داد که در همه شاخص<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ها اختلاف معنی&shy;دار بود و این بیانگر وجود جمعیت&shy;های متفاوت در مناطق مختلف حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر است. ضریب تغییرات در صفات ریخت&shy;سنجی بیشتر از صفات شمارشی بود و نشان می&shy;دهد اثر محیط بر روی صفات ریخت&shy;سنجی بیشتر صفات شمارشی است. بین لگاریتم وزن و طول رابطه معناداری وجود داشت. صید بی رویه این ماهیان در سنین بالا موجب شده گروه&shy;های سنی نمونه برداری شده بیش از سه سال نباشد و بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به گروه سنی دو سال بود. در نتیجه گیری نهایی می<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>توان بیان کرد صفات ریخت&shy;سنجی نسبت به صفات شمارشی تنوع بالاتر و عملکرد بهتری در تفکیک جمعیت&shy;ها دارد که نشاندهنده قابلیت بالای انعطافپذیری این گونه برای سازگاری در زیستگاههای مختلف است. &nbsp;&nbsp;<span dir="LTR"></span> The aim of this study was the identification of morphometric and meristic characters and their diversity between males and females of <em>Alburnus chalcoides</em> in southern coast of the Caspian Sea in 2019. 160 specimens were caught randomly in 8 rivers leading to the Caspian Sea on the coast of Gilan (Anzali Wetland, Sefidrood River Basin, Allah Rud) and Mazandaran (Chalkroud, Cheshmeh Kileh, Mianroud, and Fereydoonkanaar River). All relative morphological and meristic characters were performed. The results of the t-test showed relative morphological and meristic characters between males and females, there was a significant difference in five morphological as well as in one meristic character. Examination of relative morphological and meristic characters between stations showed there was a significant difference in all indicators and this indicates the existence of different populations in different areas of the southern coast of the Caspian Sea. The coefficient of variation (C.V.) in morphometric characters is higher than meristic characters and shows the effect of environment on morphometric characters is more meristic characters. There was a significant relationship between logarithm weight and length. Irregular fishing of these fish in old age has caused the sampled age groups not to be more than three years old. And the highest frequency was related to the age group of two years.
