مقایسه پرورش ماهی سی باس آسیایی (Lates calcarifer) در آب شیرین و آب دریا : اثرات بر شاخص های رشد و تغذیه و ترکیب بیوشیمیایی لاشه

برای بررسی تاثیر جوانب مختلف آن و تاثیرگذاری بر شاخص­های رشد، تغذیه و ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی لاشه، ماهی سی­باس آسیایی با میانگین وزن اولیه 9/0 ± 33 گرم در تانک­های مدور سیصد لیتری پلی­اتیلنی در سه تکرار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. غذادهی دو بار در روز و تا حد سیری به مدت 60 روز انجام شد. نتایج حاصل بیانگر این بود که پرورش ماهی سی­باس آسیایی در آب شیرین و آب دریا، اثر معناداری بر شاخص­های عملکردی رشد (به جز میانگین طول  ثانویه) ندارد (05/0(P > . میانگین طول ثانویه در تیمار آب شور به طور معناداری بیشتر بود (05/0 > (P. علاوه بر این، از میان پارامتر تغذیه­ای محاسبه شده، تنها شاخص غذای دریافتی بین تیمارها دارای اختلاف معنادار بود (05/0 > (P و سایر شاخص ها و ترکیب بیوشیمیایی لاشه اختلاف معناداری نشان ندادند. تیمار ماهیانی که در آب شیرین پرورش داده شده­اند دارای ضریب تبدیل غذایی پایین­تری (06/0 ± 92/0) هستند، با این حال، این تغییرات به­صورت معنادار نبود (05/0(P > . به­طور کلی این مطالعه نشان داد که این گونه می­تواند دامنه بسیاری از شوری­های مختلف را در محدوده زمانی 60 روزه تحمل کند و بدون نشان دادن هیچ­گونه تلفات، رشد متناسبی داشته باشد.
