تاثیرات پلی بتاهیدروکسی بوتیرات (Poly-β-hydroxybutyrate) و باکتریهای تجزیه کننده آن بر شاخصهای مورفوفیزیولوژیک و فعالیت متابولیکی باکتریهای روده در بچه ماهیان تاسماهی سیبری (Acipenser baerii)

پانصد و نود و دو بچه ماهی تاسماهی سیبری (g 9/0 ±1/11) به صورت تصادفی در 16 حوضچه فایبر گلاس 150 لیتری با تراکم 37 ماهی در هر حوضچه در 4 تیمار (کنترل، باکتریهای تجزیه کننده، 2% PHB و  ترکیب PHB و باکتریهای تجزیه کننده آن) و 4 تکرار به مدت 60 روز پرورش داده شدند. نتایج طرح نشان داد که استفاده از تیمارهای غذایی تاثیر معنی دار بر شاخص وزن نهایی در بچه ماهیان ندارد ولی استفاده از PHB و تیمار باکتری به طور معنی داری میزان ضریب تبدیل غذایی را کاهش می دهد (P<0.05). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از تیمارهای غذایی، به طور معنی داری درصد چربی ماهیچه را نسبت به تیمار کنترل کاهش می دهد (P<0.05). فعالیت متابولیکی باکتریهای انتهای روده بچه ماهیان با روش مصرف اکسیژن بیوشیمایی (BOD5) و با استفاده از سیستم Oxitop® مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در نهایت pH محلول اندازه گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که بالاترین فعالیت متابولیکی باکتریها در تیمار PHB مشاهده شدکه با نتایج شاخصهای رشد همخوانی داشت. همچنین نتایج pH نشان داد که پایین ترین میزان آن در تیمارهای PHB و تیمار باکتری مشاهده شد که دارای اختلاف معنی دار با کنترل و چهارم بود (P<0.05).  با توجه به نتایج این طرح، استفاده از PHB و باکتریهای تجزیه کننده آن با توجه به تاثیرات مثبت آنها، می تواند یکی از گزینه های مورد بررسی برای صنعت آبزی پروری باشد.
