Temperature is an important factor influencing fish reproduction and temperature changes significantly affect the physiological processes of fish life. In this study the effect of 6 different thermal treatments (fixed temperature, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 and a treatment with raising temperature from 22 to 28 ° C) on reproductive indicators of female Rosy Barb (Puntius conchonius) was examined. Results of ANOVA and Duncan test (p <0.05) indicated a significant effect of temperature on growth factors (length and weight of fish) and reproductive index gonad weight, number of eggs and gonadal development index (GSI)). The highest rate of growth (1.6 cm) and weight (74.3 g), the highest level of gonad weight (0.309 g), the largest number of eggs (639 eggs) and the highest values of GSI (66.8) were observed at a temperature of 28 °C. However, no significant difference between treatments in terms of oocyte diameter was observed (p> 0.05). The results of this study indicate that the best temperature for Rosy Barb female reproduction is 28 ° C
