Abstract:   (7541 Views)

In this study, the effect of nucleotides added to the diet on the biochemical composition of the carcass and growth factors and nutrition of common carp were investigated. To do so, Nucleotides complement in 3 levels of 0/05, 1, and 1.5 percent was added to the diet and the control group was fed a diet lacking nucleotides. The diets were randomly assigned to a treatment with an average initial weight of fish 4/74±0.2 with 3 replications. After 8 weeks of feeding, the results revealed that most of the dietary treatments was for the group containing %1 nucleotide showing a significant difference with other treatments (P<0.05). In other growth factors, such as weight increase, FCR, SGR, daily growth rate, no significant difference was found (P>0.05). In Chemical Composition of carcass, the highest moister rates was observed in the treatment of 1/5 percent, which was significantly different from other treatments (P<0.05). In other carcass composition, such as fat, protein and ash were no significant differences between treatments (P>0.05). The findings revealed that the nucleotides at 0.05, 1, and 1.5 percent of dietary factors did not affect the growth and carcass composition improvement of common carp, which can be due to the short growth period and also consumption of low amounts of nucleotides. Therefore, in order to achieve better results using higher levels of nucleotides in the common crap diet is suggested.
