اثرات عصاره اتانولی گیاه گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius) بر ایمنی غیر اختصاصی ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

در بررسی حاضر اثرات تزریق داخل صفاقی عصاره گیاه گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius) بر ایمنی غیر‌اختصاصی و برخی شاخص­های سرمی خون ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به این منظور، ماهی‌های قزل آلای رنگین کمان با میانگین وزن 100 گرم تهیه و با سطوح مختلف عصاره گلرنگ به صورت داخل صفاقی تزریق شدند. در این بررسی یک گروه شاهد منفی (بدون تزریق)، یک گروه شاهد مثبت (تزریق با 2/0 میلی‌لیتر سرم فیزیولوژی) و سه گروه تیمار تجربی به ترتیب با غلظت‌های 50، 100 و 200 (میلی‌گرم بر کیلو‌گرم وزن در حجم 2/0 میلی‌لیتر) تزریق شدند. نمونه برداری در روز‌های سوم، هفتم و دهم بعد از تزریق انجام گرفته شد و مقادیر پروتئین کل سرم، ایمنوگلوبولین کل، فعالیت لایزوزیم سرم، فعالیت سیستم کمپلمان و گلوکز خون سنجش گردید. بر اساس نتایج  تزریق عصاره گلرنگ باعث کاهش معنی­دار تعداد گلبول‌های سفید در روز‌های سوم، هفتم و دهم گردید (05/0sig<). همچنین به کار بردن این ماده منجر به کاهش معنی‌دار سطوح گلوکز خون، فعالیت لایزوزیم، ایمنوگلوبولین کل و پروتئین کل سرم خون شد در عین حال در فعالیت کمپلمان تغییر معنا داری ایجاد نشد (05/0sig>). با در نظر گرفتن نتایج به دست آمده استفاده از عصاره گلرنگ در ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان می تواند منجر به کاهش و ضعف سیستم ایمنی غیر اختصاصی شود
