fa تاثیر مکمل‌های ویتا مینی و معدنی بر شاخص‌های رشد، بازماندگی و تغییر جنسیت ماهی زنده‌زای پلاتی (Xiphophorus maculatus) Effect of vitamin and mineral supplements on growth,* survival, and sex change indices of viviparous platy fish (Xiphophorus maculatus) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در این تحقیق اثرات مکمل های معدنی و ویتامینی برشاخص های رشد، بازماندگی و ترکیب جنسی در ماهی پلاتی (Xiphophorus maculatus) مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. بدین منظور تعداد 600 قطعه بچه ماهیان پلاتی مولد با سن یک ماهه از کارگاه تکثیرو پرورش ماهیان زینتی تهیه شده و به مدت 20 هفته روزانه 4 نوبت تغذیه شدند. تیمار1شاهد بدون افزودن مکمل معدنی و ویتامینی به جیره غذایی و 9 گروه تیمار دیگر با افزودن مکمل معدنی و ویتامینی به جیره غذایی با نسبت و میزان مشخص شامل: تیمار2 (با افزودن 1% مواد ویتامینی)، تیمار3 (با افزودن2% مواد ویتامینی)، تیمار4 (با افزودن3 % مواد ویتامینی)، تیمار5 (با افزودن 1% مواد معدنی) تیمار6( با افزودن 2% مواد معدنی)، تیمار7 (با افزودن3% مواد معدنی )، تیمار 8 (با افزودن نسبت 1%و1% ترکیبی از مواد ویتامینی و معدنی)، تیمار9 (با افزودن نسبت 2 %و2% ترکیبی از مواد ویتامینی و معدنی) و تیمار10( با افزودن نسبت 3% و3 % ترکیبی از مواد ویتامینی و معدنی) به جیره غذایی افزوده شدند. به منظور ارزیابی فاکتورهای رشد،  ماهیان هر ۲ هفته یکبار زیست سنجی شدند. نتایج به دست آمده از شاخص های نسبت جنسی،  نرخ بقاء، زمان اولین زنده زایی و همزمانی زنده زایی در تیمار 10 نسبت به تیمار شاهد اختلاف معنی داری را نشان داد. تفاوت معنی داری در نسبت جنسی در تیمار شاهد نسبت به تیمار 10 مشاهده گردید. به طوری که با افزایش میزان مکمل معدنی و ویتامینی درصد ماهیان با جنسیت نر کاهش و درصد  جنسیت ماهیان ماده افزایش یافت. همچنین نتایج شاخص های رشد نشان داد که بهبود مقدار وزن نهایی (FW)، افزایش وزن بدن (WG) و نرخ رشد ویژه (SGR) در تیمارهای حاوی مکمل ویتامینی و معدنی نسبت به تیمار شاهد، اختلاف  معنی داری  مشاهده گردید. همچنین کمترین میزان ضریب تبدیل غذایی (FCR) مربوط به تیمار 10 با افزودن ترکیبی از 3% مکمل ویتامینی و3% مکمل معدنی به جیره غذایی  و نیز بیشترین افزایش وزن (WG) و نرخ رشد ویژه (SGR) در تیمار 10  مشاهده  شد، که با سایر تیمارها، اختلاف معنی داری نشان داد (05/0>P).              in this study, the effects of mineral and vitamin supplements on growth, survival and sex composition in platy fish (Xiphophorus maculatus) were tested. For this purpose, 600 one-month-old platy fish fry were obtained from an ornamental fish breeding and breeding center, which after initial adaptation, were fed 4 times a day for 20 weeks. Treatment 1 was a control without adding mineral and vitamin supplements to the diet and 9 other treatment groups were added with mineral and vitamin supplements to the diet in a specific ratio and amount, including:Treatment 2 (with 1% vitamin content), Treatment 3 (with 2% vitamin content), Treatment 4 (with 3% vitamin content), Treatment 5 (with 1% mineral content), Treatment 6 (with 2% mineral content), Treatment 7 (with 3% mineral content), Treatment 8 (with 1% and 1% vitamin and mineral content), Treatment 9 (with 2% and 2% vitamin and mineral content) and Treatment 10 (with 3% and 3% vitamin and mineral content) were added to the diet.In order to evaluate growth factors, fish were bioassayed every 2 weeks. The results obtained from sex ratio, survival rate, time to first live birth and live birth synchrony in treatment 10 showed significant differences compared to the control treatment. A significant difference in sex ratio was observed between the control treatment and treatment 10; specifically, as the levelof mineral and vitamin supplementation increased, the percentage of male fish decreased while the percentage of female fish increased. Also, the results of growth indices showed that there was a significant improvement in the final weight (FW), body weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) in the treatments containing vitamin and mineral supplements compared to the control treatment.
