fa بررسی ارجحیت غذایی بچه ماهیان بلوگا (Huso huso) در استخرهای خاکی مرکز تکثیر و پروش ماهیان خاویاری شهید مرجانی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی نیازهای تغذیه‌ای</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بچه </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ماهیان بلوگا (</span></span><i>Huso huos</i><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">) در استخرهای خاکی مرکز تکثیر و پرورش ماهیان خاویاری شهید مرجانی انجام شد. برای این منظور </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ساختار و فروانی جوامع بنتوزی و زئوپلانکتونی در4 استخر خاکی منتخب طی یک دوره پرورش 45 روزه در 6 تیمار زمانی مختلف بررسی شد. هر استخر دارای مساحت 2 هکتاری، عمق 2 متری و شکل مستطیلی بود. برای انجام پژوهش نمونه&shy;برداری از بنتوز و زئوپلانکتون&shy;های آب و دستگاه گوارش 250 قطعه بچه ماهی بلوگا به صورت هفتگی با روش&shy;های استاندارد انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش ساختار جوامع پلانکتونی شناسایی شده شامل 7 جنس در 3 خانواده </span></span><i>Daphnidae</i><span lang="AR-DZ" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span><i>Cyclopidae</i><span lang="AR-DZ" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و </span></span><i>Chironomidae</i><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> بود.</span></span><span lang="AR-DZ" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در مجموع </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">از بین جنس&shy;های شناسایی شده دافنی هم در محیط آب (73/41 درصد) و هم دستگاه گوارش بچه ماهیان (08/77 درصد) از بیشترین فراوانی برخوردار بود (05/0</span></span>p<<span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">). نتایج شاخص نتخاب</span></span>&shy;<span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">گری ایولو نیز نشان داد که دافنی (97/0) و سیپریس (77/0) جزء ارجحیت&shy;های غذایی بچه ماهیان بودند (05/0</span></span>p<<span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">)؛ درحالی</span></span>&shy;<span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">که این گونه هیچگونه تمایلی به استفاده از ناپلی کوپه&shy;پودا، روتیفر و سیکلوپس نداشت. در بین تیمارهای زمانی نیز بیشترین شاخص انتخاب&shy;گری در دوره سوم نمونه&shy;برداری برای دافنی (687/0) ثبت شد. بیشترین شاخص انتخاب&shy;گری برای </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بنتوزها </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">(لاروهای شیرونومیده) ، 407/0 بود که </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در آخرین دوره نمونه&shy;برداری مشاهده</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> شد. این نتایج</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> بیانگر تمایل بیشتر (انتخاب مثبت) بچه ماهیان به سمت لاروهای شیرونومیده (بنتوز) و کاهش تمایل به دافنی با گذشت زمان بود. </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در مجموع نتایج این پژوهش نشان دهنده&shy; شرایط مطلوب آب و تغذیه&shy;ی بچه ماهیان بلوگا در مرکز تکثیر و پرورش ماهیان خاویاری شهید مرجانی بود. </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The present study was conducted to determining nutritional requirements of beluga sturgeon (<i>Huso huso</i>) juveniles in the earthen ponds of the Shahid Marjani Sturgeon Hatchery and Culture Center. To this end, the structure and abundance of benthic and zooplankton communities were examined in four selected earthen ponds over a 45-day rearing period across six different time treatments. Each pond had an area of 2 hectares in area, a depth of 2 meters, and a rectangular shape. For the research, sampling of benthos and zooplankton from the water and the digestive tracts of 250 juvenile&rsquo;s beluga sturgeons was carried out weekly using standard methods. According to the results, the identified planktonic communities included 7 genera from 3 families: <i>Daphnidae</i>, <i>Cyclopidae</i>, and <i>Chironomidae</i> sp. Among the identified genera, Daphnia was the most abundant both in the water (41.73%) and in the digestive tracts of the juvenile fish (77.08%) (p<0.05). The results of the electivity index also indicated that <i>Daphnia</i> (0.97) and <i>Cyclops</i> (0.77) were among the preferred food items for the juvenile fish (p<0.05), while there was no preference for nauplii of <i>Copepods</i>, <i>Rotifers</i>, and <i>Cyclops</i> sp. Among the time treatments, the highest electivity index for <i>Daphnia</i>sp. (0.687) was recorded during the third sampling period. The highest electivity index for benthos (<i>Chironomid</i>sp. larvae) was 0.407, observed in the last sampling period. These results indicate a greater preference (positive selection) of juvenile fish for <i>Chironomid</i>sp.larvae (benthos) and a decreasing preference for <i>Daphnia</i> over time.
